My family contacted this gym and sent in the deposit, at least 3 weeks ago. Hours before our family…read more(mostly young children) was to meet here and have a exciting afternoon of fun, they called us to confirm information we already shared with them weeks ago. The woman who called us acted like she knew nothing of our family size (15) with some observers..she was extremely rude and said "we aren't doing a family reunion here!" The amount of the observers was also to much because of "COVID"..seriously give me a break! When we called to reserve the gym she made NO mention of these "COVID" rules. After my son called to complain about the extremely rude unprofessional behavior they agreed to refund us the deposit. This left my family with many disappointed children and adults as well. We will never recommend this establishment to anyone.

Wow, I'm in complete shock . As I was researching where to have my daughter's birthday party I seen…read morethat this place had a party package for $110 advertised on their webpage. So I called and Frank (the owner) answered. I began to book my daughters party and then he said the price was wrong on their webpage and it was going to be $120 instead. Only $10 more dollars , no big deal, but after questioning why is was advertised as $110 on the website He rudly said "that's ok, you don't have to have your party here" and hung up the phone. I can not believe a bussiness, let alone business owner would treat a prospective customer this way. Absolutly no professionalism what so ever. Frank, you should be embarrassed. I hope you teach your employees better behavior.

Not very friendly. Made a tee time the morning of online, like their website says too. Showed up 15…read moreminutes prior to my tee time, and all I got when I told them my name was "who!? Don't have you here, you're going to have to wait". Said that about 3 times. Nice customer service, no "I'm so sorry we don't have you here even tho you scheduled your time like we ask you to". Also everyone told me to play the vintage course bc it's better so that is what my tee time was for but they stuck me on the other course saying "it's so much better, blah blah". If it's so much better, why was it wide open and not the vintage course.

This is the review I left…read more I wanted to give this place zero stars, but I'm giving it one -- only because my husband and son said the course itself was very nice. I've taken time to pray and reflect before writing this. My husband and our 19-year-old son came up from Florida for a visit and were excited to play a round of golf together. They brought their clubs and booked an early morning tee time. When they arrived at the clubhouse, my husband politely said, "Good morning, we have a tee time." The man behind the counter -- and I hesitate to call him a gentleman -- responded with, "I doubt you do," in an unnecessarily rude tone. Despite the treatment, my husband, a kind and well-educated Puerto Rican man, smiled and gave his name. The man glanced at the list, confirmed the tee time without apology, and coldly told them where the carts were. My son was shocked. My husband, trying to keep the peace, told him, "Unfortunately, you'll come across people like this in the world. Don't let them steal your joy." He brushed it off -- I cannot. We're active golfers and often travel to courses for both leisure and business. Sadly, this is not a place we'll recommend. To the man who treated them that way: I'll pray for you. Judging someone by the color of their skin is wrong -- and it does not belong in any clubhouse, on any course, anywhere.

We understand that maintenance needs to be done however it is not ok to continually follow people up and down the course. They was no one to flag down for help or to bring this to anyone's attention so we "played" through to try and get ahead of the mowing staff only to be followed again and again. They would come right up to the green while we were putting! It was insane, completely unprofessional, and ruined the experience. Once we finally gave up and left the office staff was unhelpful and told us to tell it to the maintenance supervisor or go find a Marshall. No, thank you! Issues should be handled in house by knowledgeable and friendly staff, not disregarded.
