Its a small shop and the outside makes it a little uninviting, however the customer service is 10 out of 5 stars. The owners are super friendly, and will work with you to make sure your project is the best it could be. I walked in with a PDF of the banner I needed to make, the owner told me that it would need a couple of things to make it better (white outline to make the words pop) and worked with me to make it into an adobe illustrator file (good thing I had my laptop with me.) After that, he did the rest, tweaked it to make the white outline to the text and also added a shadow to really make it pop. He asked if I needed the grommets put in (no extra charge) and since it was a large banner, he put in 8 (instead of the usual 4 you would get at just the corners.) I was also debating whether or not to get another project done and let him know that it might be a possibility, and left the files with him just in case. I let him know the day after and he was able to complete everything (one large banner and 6 flags - 3X5 - all in record time. They accept a variety of payments, including PayPal. The gentleman who came seemed great, but he didn't send me a quote. One week later, I hadn't heard anything from them. After calling to ask if I could get my quote, the Owner (I believe) told me that they may "take a pass," on our projects. When I asked why, she said they "do this all of the time." She sent a follow-up email blaming it on their schedule and workload, but I had not even given them a delivery schedule. It was a super disappopinting experience. My advice - if you plan on getting a quote from them for a commercial project, get quotes from competitors as well. Be aware that this company evidently chooses to "take a pass" on projects often.

Bethany is AWESOME. Nuff said…read more But to give more details to those who need more proof (lol): I was referred to Bethany from my friend at another church who had her help on creating lanyards for them. Our church was also in search of rebranding and getting some new gear. Bethany was so incredibly helpful. She not only met up with me in person (no additional charge) to show me all the different materials they had for hats and lanyards. I told her initially that photos were fine but she was adamant that I see the products in person and know exactly what I was ordering. She didn't mention anything about payment until after we received the finished product and made sure we were satisfied. You can tell she genuinely loves her job and helping others. Her response time is super fast too and she was always accommodating to come meet me wherever was convenient for me. I highly recommend her for all things branding related!! :)

I was asked to send photos which I did. My email was responded too with questions about the scope of work and if it required removal of existing wrap. I replied yes. I waited a week from September 3rd until today to get a quote. No response to my last email so I called today. Spoke with a woman who asked what my email was to look into my quote. I gave her the information and let her know I've been waiting a week, her only response was let me look into this. I said ok and said I don't want to be a jerk but I'm pressed for time to get this done and get my machine placed and operating. She responded with well if you can't wait you can call someone else. I told her I've been waiting a week and no one responded to me. She said ok thank you goodbye. Super rude and unhelpful. Won't even acknowledge her company's lack of communication and made it seem as if I'm being impatient and unreasonable while I'm sitting a week with no response from anyone.
