Eventually, I spoke with 3 different customer service people who shuffled me around. One said she was getting with the warranty company for a second opinion. (I later called the warranty company and they had not had any communications with Queen city. They escalated the matter and attempted to call QC for input and they did not answer or respond to messages.). After a week I went into the store and asked to see the store manager. I spoke with Kyle who acted like he was going to help. He failed to call back after 6 days and 3 messages. I finally caught him answering the phone and he said "they" told him to "step back and let the office manager handle it". He gave me the office manager's number. Several more days, and me leaving a couple voicemails for the office manager and I have not had a reply. I will be spending the $60 to file a small claims case at the county courthouse. Dont trouble yourself with this place, too many retailers who will at least make a half-hearted attempt at a resolution of a problem.
