Since then, I've repeatedly had to follow up myself--both by phone and in person--only to hear the same response: "the vendor is working on it." I was also told I would receive a follow-up call the next week with an update, but that never happened. I was also surprised to see the store is now operating under a new brand name (formerly Morrison's, now Bailey's). Regardless of the name, this experience did not match the reputation we expected. Between the extended timeline and the lack of communication and follow-through, this was a very disappointing experience.

I placed a call to confirm their location and hours, being it was 3:00 on a Saturday afternoon and most places like this aren't open that late...they were! I arrived shortly after and was greeted with a smile. Funny though the woman asked were you the one who just called, loved it. They buzzed me in, as all their jewelry is behind a gated door, and within 10 minutes my battery was replaced.
