Found Well Informed on the net. We were having sand problems and didn't know where to start. I…read moreGoogled well rehabilitation and the first one to pop up was Well Informed. I called and spoke to the owner, Taylor, directly. I told him the problem I was having and that my normal pump people were of no help. He told me what Well Informed does and how they do it. He explained we needed to have the pump pulled and let it be dormant for two days, maybe less and would drop a camera down and look for leaks or other problems. I told him I didn't want my current pump company to get involved and he gave me names and numbers of pump companies that could help me. I called the first one and was also impressed with them as well we made arrangements for them to come out that day. Long story short, I was, and am so incredibly impressed with the business philosophy and down to earth manner of Taylor and Well Informed. His kindness, wonderful demeanor and willingness to explain and educate me in the details of what he found and potential solutions to my problem has been a true Godsend. I wish I could give Taylor and Well Informed more than 5 stars.

Central Valley Water Restoration SAVED MY HOME. I genuinely have no words for how grateful I am…read more Tico and his team are incredibly special human beings, and I will forever be grateful. On Tuesday night at 10 PM I walked into my father's home after 1.5 weeks of being away and my dad away on Hospice dying to a massive flood caused by the refrigerator. I panicked and ran toward the refrigerator and fell so hard... I didn't know what to do so I took a photo of the leak and I input it on ChatGPT and CVWR was the first company it recommended. I called it and Tico picked up. He could hear the distress in my voice and in 30 minutes he and his entire team were at my home saving it. They cleared out all the water and the entire downstairs. This job was not an ordinary job, even though leaks are not ordinary... but there's a hoarding situation going on and my dad's home and they had to move so much out. They worked till very late and were beyond professional and empathetic toward my situation. They then left multiple dehumidifiers and air scrubbers for days to help stop the mold growth and dry out my house. Their team does everything from mitigation to reconstruction. Every question I asked, Tico answered in detail and I completely trusted him. He was incredibly knowledgeable about insurance and has a good working relationship with my insurance adjuster. There really are no words for how incredible this team is, and I would recommend them till the day I die. I've been having an extremely hard time in life so being treated with empathy and kindness during this time has is just above and beyond. If you guys read this, God bless you all, God bless your families, and thank you. Thank you really isn't enough.

In 2026, My entire home was flooded from a underground water pipe while I was out of state for 2-3 weeks. This was a huge, massive job. 3 bedroom, 2 baths. Mold was everywhere when I walked into my home from my flight. Central Valley Water Restoration did it ALL in a little over 3 months! That is nearly impossible! They worked day & night and on weekends! People staying at my hotel had been waiting for over 2 years for their homes to be done, using other companies. Central Valley Water Restoration went above and beyond! They are 100% honest, not a thing stolen, they found valuables that I misplaced, or I forgot about. Phenomenal communication, they are understanding, kind, honest, hard working and did everything in their power to make me happy. I could not be more pleased. Susan Hatch
