If you have an issue with your well , I would recommend giving them a call ! I had an issue with my well sucking air. I called and right away got a response. Within a few hours I had a technician at the well . He explained everything he did which I felt was very informative and he was very knowledgeable of his job . For some seemingly unexplainable reason my water just stopped yesterday out of nowhere. My husband called the drilling company and got a hold of Tom. Tom called me and talked me through getting to know my power solenoid. When I was able to go outside and look at it he was on the phone with me giving me step-by-step instructions of how to assess the situation. I discovered a dead bug was the issue! Amazing company I highly recommend them....they arrived when they told me they would...I haven't had water in a few days due to electrical issues with my pump I had an electrician out and he couldn't fix it...called kings river this morning told them I had no water they were here by 3 fixed a small electrical issue and didn't even charge me I am a single mom money isn't always readily available for extras and they fixed my issue i can NOT say enough good things about this company totally amazing!!! read more

Our residential well pump went out yesterday. That is quite an experience. Though they weren't able to get anyone out same day, they scheduled for the following day. They answered all of my husbands questions thoroughly and taught us a little more about the well and pump we didn't know. They replaced a few items and didn't have one final piece that was needed to get the system up and running. My husband was able to locate the part locally and tried to install himeself. Something still wasn't right though. After trying to self troubleshoot he called back in hopes to get some advise on what could be done. One of the owners came back out after hours to help adjust the part and make our pump work again. Service like this is hard to come by these days. On Thursday 8/20/20 i called Kings River and Tom (the owner) answered. I was impressed when he mentioned that although he was with another customer, he took a few minutes to speak to me. I gave him all the info he asked for about what I needed. He told me he would review the water table for my area, calculate what would be needed, and assured me he would call me back. All I had to go on was his assurance. He was very pleasant. However, about two weeks later (9/2) when he still not called, I called and he answered. I did not yell, I did not use harsh or vulgar language. I simply asked what happened. He proceeded to tell me all about how "busy" he had been and that he was working "14 hours a day". He said that "everyone waits until it gets hot". I wasn't sure if that last remark was directed at me or not, but It was obvious he had completely forgotten me and had not done anything regarding my job. I pointed out that I had not had any trouble getting info from about 4 other companies, and then asked, "Sounds like you have all the business you need?" I was offering him a chance to provide a bid if he wished. However, instead of answering my question he immediately 'encouraged' me to go ahead and do business with one of the other companies!??? I replied, "You have an interesting business model," and hung up. Everyone forgets, but there's no room in my wallet for a business owner who is smug and dismissive to a potential customer, and who is righteously frustrated because he doesn't know what's going on. I wouldn't let someone like that do my well work if he offered to do it for free. read more

It was a Friday morning, the temperature had reached triple digits, and my well pump failed. For me, this is a critical problem. No water to irrigate my extensive landscape. I tried to make a fix to the control box for the well pump, but that didn't work. When I was going to town to get the replacement part, I noticed that my next door neighbor was having a well and pump service work on her well. I returned from town, and they had already finished replacement of the well pump, and had left the property. I got their number from my neighbor and gave them a call. Jess returned my call, in short order, listened to my problem, and arranged to come on Monday, based on the fact that it was late on Friday. They arrived on Monday late morning, diagnosed my problem, and began the well pump replacement process. With my well location being surrounded by trees and a deck, not to mention a ground slope that didn't provide for much flat ground near the well, Jess and Miguel did an unbelievable job positioning the crane truck for well pump extraction. What happened next was totally unexpected. One new, out-of-the-box pump, and motor, went back into the well along with new wiring and pipe connectors. When it came to the testing, the motor would not start. Out it came. The tested it, and checked it against the electrical specs, only to find that it was way out of spec. They checked a second new, out-of-box motor, from the same manufacturer, only to find that it was way out of spec as well. Now, the best part. There was no 'give up' in these guys. They contacted an associate, and had a new, out-of-box motor and pump, from a different manufacturer delivered to the site. I live about 45 minutes from their shop, so it wasn't just around the corner. They tested the new motor and found that it was in spec. Into the well it went. Soon, the test yielded running water. They spent the time that was required to get me up and running. Some tweaking was required a couple of days later, and they came without question. The project was completed, and my water pressure is the same, if not better than it was originally. Their pricing was fair, their work ethic was outstanding, and their customer service was extremely commendable. I highly recommend Kings River Drilling for your well, and well pump needs. read more

We had a concern about our domestic water well, so called Kings River Water Well Drilling, and spoke to Tom, he patiently listened to all my concerns regarding our water, he had Miguel come out the very next morning. Miguel was very through in assessing our situation, taking water sample etc. Tom called us back that afternoon and offered us solutions in resolving our water concerns.
