I called for an explanation and was told that frozen pipes would not permit the delivery truck to be supplied with fuel. I was told the problem would be remedied with a blow torch and that by 10:30 am that morning the truck would be on the road. In mid afternoon, when no one came, I called again and was told the truck had been disabled by a clutch breakdown and that I would be supplied first thing in the morning, Sunday, the 16th. Well, Sunday came and went and NO ONE showed up. Sunday evening, a company representative called and said a delivery, marked as "urgent", would be made on Monday, the 17th. Of course, no one came, on Monday, the 17th, and no one called. Totally unprofessional business behavior. Totally undependable. Totally unreliable.
