The branch itself is clean, well organized and clearly marked for the service you are looking for that day. You are always greeted by a friendly rep at the door to ensure you're heading to the right place or getting an appointment if you aren't sure. From mortgages to car loans or other banking needs, the advisors are always incredibly patient and knowledgeable. They understand your needs, provide advice or feedback, show you the numbers and potential alternatives, and then set you up for an easy checkout experience. I could not more highly recommend NFCU and this Cherry Hill branch!

They get you in acting like you're going to get a low interest rate on your car loans, they tell you interest rates from like 3.5% of 17% however they can't even tell you what criteria needs to be for what bracket of interest rates. I've never taken out a loan where they couldn't tell me what criteria you to meet to see if you even wanna do business with them. Technically you could have perfect credit and you can meet all the criteria and still get 17 percent interest rate if that's what they want to give you. It is a scam. Stay away from them. They lure you in on false pretense and then can't answer any questions which as a financial Institute they should be able to answer all questions. A car salesman could answer more questions about finance than their own financial institution can answer. They lost my business on that. Could've made a lot of money off my loan, I've been with the banks and their credit cards for over 15 years, I have a personal relationship with finance as well. So this leads me to believe that they have under trained staff. Ignorance is no excuse. For anyone who's reading this, in case you are unaware, as many people are, when they run your credit if you decide to not take out a loan with them, it will drop your credit by 20+ points. If you don't take the loan, it looks like you've got denied. Therefore them not being able to answer your questions properly could result in you dropping into a credit score bracket that you won't be able to get lower interest rates because they suckered you in. If you want to Bank with them, they aren't so bad they have benefits other banks don't have. But it comes the cost because there's only one location in the entire state of New Jersey.

The sales rep also turned out to be unknowledgeable about the car, as they offered to make a fix in the contract that was entirely irrelevant to the car. On the plus side, this has been a wonderful opportunity to learn car maintenance! But yeah, look elsewhere.

I bought the car expecting to hear back soon about my title so I could transfer everything legally. Instead, I got the runaround. As my temp tags were about to expire, I called to ask about the title and was met with an incredibly rude woman and unprofessional response. I was told they didn't have it. Then, my girlfriend called a bit later and suddenly they did have it and were mailing it. None of it made sense. Because of their delay, I ended up having to drive with expired tags. One of the employees told me, "It's fine -- if you get a ticket, we'll pay for it." Which is absolutely false -- we confirmed with NJMVC that you cannot legally drive on expired tags. To make matters worse, 32 days after purchase, the check engine light came on. Clearly, they reset or disabled it when selling the car. The Carfax report also falsely stated an oil change was done -- I know it wasn't because I had to do it myself. After fixing one issue, the check engine light came on again. This dealership only cares about making the sale -- once you drive off the lot, they don't care about you or the car. I will never buy a vehicle from them again.

SCAMMERS!!!!!!! My…read morefather received a letter congratulating him on paying off his truck loan. The letter stated that his account would be closed because the loan had been paid in full. He even received a refund check because he had apparently overpaid. To make sure everything was accurate, my father logged into his account to verify his remaining balance, which clearly showed $0 owed. A few days later, he attempted to log in again, only to discover that his account had been deactivated and he could no longer access it. Naturally, we assumed this was because the loan had been paid off, exactly as the letter stated. Then came the shocking part: my father's truck was repossessed, and he was forced to pay $5,000 in cash to get it back! We were then told that his truck loan had not actually been paid off and that there had been an error, they mistaken the "person" then blamed my father. How does a company send a customer a letter confirming that their loan is paid in full, issue a refund, show a zero balance online, and then repossess their vehicle? This situation is completely unacceptable. My father relied on the information your company provided, and now he has suffered significant financial stress because of what appears to be an internal error. Customers should not have to pay thousands of dollars to correct mistakes made by a company. I strongly urge anyone financing a vehicle to keep detailed records of all payments and communications. We trusted the information we received, and this is how we were treated. I expect accountability, a thorough explanation, and a resolution to this matter.

I was fortunate enough that they were mtg me half way in my state with the truck. We met and I signed all of the paperwork and paid with cash. Very grateful up to this point. I was given a 30 day temp tag that eventually ran out. When I called the dealership to ask about it, I was told that I could continue to drive it. When I inquired about the possibility of getting pulled over and getting a ticket, they told me that they would pay for any tickets I got. Have never been told that before when purchasing a vehicle. I sent a text to the salesman on August 20th and was told that everything was in processing. Sept 14th I was told they had the title. Oct 11th I was told it was being held up in my state's DMV. Oct 21st my DMV said they have no paperwork at all in their possession. On top of all of this, I didn't receive any paperwork stating I had purchased the vehicle until this week. I've had this truck since 7/26/22 and have only driven it 30 days. The dealer warranty was for 90 days or 3,000 miles. How fair is that since I've only been able to drive it for 30 of those days and I know that I haven't gone past 3,000 miles. They could have made things better by at least giving me another temporary tag that would have made things somewhat better. Then I would of had at least 30 more days to enjoy the truck and see if there were any repairs that would have been covered. So I guess that I could drive it the next 5 days to see if anything is wrong. Good thing is that they will pay for my tickets that I may get. How fair is all of this? 3 months to get a title. Of course, the owner will respond to this by saying to call the dealership in which I will hear more excuses and no results. So if you are here looking for advice on their business, ask to see the title before purchasing anything from them.
