We came in for a well visit for our daughter and discussed a few items with our doctor one of which was stomach issues which she was having for a few weeks to that point. Since this was a large concern of ours we asked for a CAT scan just to make sure everything is okay. Again this may be overboard possibly but we just want to make sure nothing major is going on. The doctor deterred our concern and said it will likely go away and the CAT scan isn't necessary. Well it's been over a month since that visit and our daughter is still complaining about her stomach. I call in to the office to get a referral at this point and what does the doctor say. We need to come in for another appointment and not only that but the representative said the stomach issues weren't even noted in her medical records. Im a business owner myself and to me this seems like a bit of a cash grab considering they're requiring another visit to discuss something we've already talked about (though apparently we didn't?? Hmm). One other cash grab item that disturbed me last visit was a cholesterol scan they 'recommended' but no one told us the results until we asked?? Again I just don't like the professionalism and not sure i understand the motives. Is it actually my kids health or is it what's best to benefit the corporation?

He is much more concerned about his reputation than he will be about your concerns/your children. The staff is just as bad but that doesn't matter nearly as much. If you have a very small, minor issue or just a basic check-up, you'll probably be ok, but if you are looking for someone equipped to handle more serious issues or even lead you in the right direction, he is not for you. Don't even waste your time. I have never in my life left a review about anything or anyone but it is very important for me to do this one. Please, just do not even consider him as an option.

Care maybe okay but the rest of the experience is horrific. Update: we have reached out to raise this overpayment multiple times, each time we were told that the insurer needs to direct the refund. It is clear from our insurer's portal that we have overpaid, and yet the clinic refuse to refund.

One star for the owners of this office though who prioritize profit over time spent with patients. The appointments are scheduled 10 minutes apart which is why the doctors are always late. The doctors are trying to be thorough and answer all questions, and unfortunately, this is why appointments run over and all the doctors are late. She is in general not very sympathetic to parents concerns at newborn stage. She's also not in office some days of the week so it takes time for her to repond to messages. We met some other pediatricians when she was not in office, and all of them showed more understanding. We had trouble getting prescription refill too. She insisted us to book an appointment to follow up with her before getting the refill, which took some time and the pharmacy did not have it in stock. Would not recommend for infants/newborns.
