Crispy, the owner, is very sweet so it pains me a little to write this review. Though she provided a generous amount of flowers for our wedding, the flowers were very obviously old; many were wilting and darkening. I wish Crispy would have just told us if she was running low on flowers of our color scheme so that we could have tried looking elsewhere. read more

While I was there, I saw a stunning arrangement in a blue and white vase with orchids--so I had to take a photo...and the arrangement was $50. We got married last month and had a nice experience with Crispy and Natalini Flowers. Our venue recommended Natalini Flowers and we are happy they did. Crispy is very friendly and was pleasant to work with. We wanted to stay within a particular budget and we were told Crispy would help us do that and it was true. On our first meeting, Crispy generously brought us a vase full of roses to keep and had a friendly demeanor (she even generously held our 7 month old baby while we did our food tastings at the venue). On the day of the wedding, she created a beautiful bouquet, a gorgeous arch, and lovey vases of flowers for the tables. One thing we should note is that my husband and I weren't very picky about our flowers. We really trusted Crispy to make something great and she did! If you have a super specific vision it would be a good idea to communicate that with Natalini Flowers. My god kids sent me a beautiful arrangement on Mother's Day. The flowers are gorgeous and were delivered with a cute little note inside. I'm not an expert on flower species but the arrangement came with with a handful of variety and the colors complimented each other well. The roses in particular looked amazing and were almost as large as my hand. The delivery was handled with care and dropped off by someone wearing a mask, rang the doorbell, and stayed 6ft away. My partner and I serendipitously stumbled onto this gem of a hidden flower eden in the smack dab middle of SOMA (our friendly SF neighborhood) complete with a magical being that radiated so much warmth and joy - CRISPY! The spectacular array of colorful plants, flowers, and wreaths that spill out onto the grey concrete sidewalk gives any passerby a moment of serenity as one walks by. We were greeted by a jovial Crispy, along with sensational smells that transfer you into a field of flowers right next to a forest. In true plant fairy godmother fashion, Crispy merrily gathered all the unique components (painted pine, some odd snake-like plant, beautifully bloomed roses, fuzzy plant parts?!) that we were interested in and booped out an arrangement fitting for royalty (see epic photo below) that was quite frankly ridiculously affordable (like seriously, I walked out feeling like I robbed the place)! According to Crispy, they just moved from a larger store to this location and have been open in SOMA for only two months (during COVID). If you find yourself in SOMA and see this magical store with the smiley and warm Crispy, do yourself a solid and treat yo' self to an arrangement that can most definitely be made in the moment -- which is amazing to watch, while being chatted up by the plant fairy godmother, Crispy! read more

Crispy the shop owner was so sweet and welcoming from the very start! She took the time to talk to me about my vision, and worked around my budget. I checked in with her the week of my wedding to see how everything was and to make sure we were on the same page.
