I first met Dr. Weston over a year ago. I was in so much pain (debilitating headaches) that I had very little quality of life. Dr. Weston was courteous and professional, but lacked skill and proper equipment to treat me properly. I would not recommend coming in for major injuries or chronic conditions, or anything minor at all. I also recently discovered that Dr. Weston and Cloyd open up a new clinic and I understand the lack of equipment and staff, but it was not worth the money I spent as my condition worsened considerably after 2 adjustments, the first being 25 minutes and the second 12 minutes. She only has one handheld massager, it's great, but not nearly enough to loosen me up for proper adjustment. I have since switched chiropractors and I am very happy with my current chiropractor. read more

Dr. Weston is fantastic! I have seen her during both of my pregnancies and received incredible care. I found out late in my first pregnancy that my son was breech. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Weston who began doing the Webster technique which helped to realign my pelvis. (I had read in a medical journal that the Webster technique often has a higher success rate than external version.) In just a few appointments, my son successfully turned and I was able to have a normal spontaneous vaginal delivery. I also saw Dr. Weston after my son's delivery for postpartum adjustments- they were so effective in helping me feel like myself again during recovery from childbirth. With my most recent pregnancy, I began having nerve pain that made walking difficult at about 38 weeks. I had been having over a week of frustrating prodromal labor (false labor). I learned from my OB that the baby was head down but malpositioned- she was OP or "sunny side up" which often causes long labor with back pain. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Weston at 39 weeks pregnant. During the appointment, she helped realign my pelvis and also worked on trigger points for labor since I was more than ready to deliver my baby. I walked out of the office without nerve pain for the first time in over a week and felt so comfortable. Two hours after my appointment with Dr. Weston, my water broke and I went into labor. My baby was correctly positioned and I had a fantastic, smooth labor and delivery experience thanks to Dr. Weston. Dr. Westin is incredibly kind and knowledgable. She provides excellent prenatal and postpartum care. I love seeing her for visits and always walk out feeling great! read more

I actually started going to Natalie because I looked up her Yelp reviews and saw that she had incredible reviews and only hoped that she lived up to the hype. Let me tell you, she absolutely did. I went in with a disaster situation of a neck and back since I'm a grad student that works on my laptop all day every day so she really had her work cut out for her. She, to this day, has been patient and attentive to each of my individual problems and needs. I always feel 100 times better walking out than I did walking in. She also allows my needs to dictate the schedule of our appointments, whether that is once a week or sometimes up to three times a week. Dr. Weston is amazing! I was desperate for help the day before the long 4th of July weekend. My back was hurting so much I could barely work. It got worse right before the holiday, and I dreaded the thought of being in pain for 4-5 days until medical offices opened up again. Nobody would take me (or even return my calls). Just when I gave up, Dr. Weston called back and added me to the end of her long day. I was so grateful and relieved. She's a strong, intuitive healer. She listened carefully when I told her what was going on and then eased into some gentle treatments. She seemed to take my discomfort seriously, like it worried her, even though I was a brand new patient. I felt better when I walked out of her office that day. I've been back several times since then, getting better each time. Eventually she shifted into some more intense chiropractic adjustments. Those treatments have always scared me in the past but Dr. Weston is very careful. She always gets my permission first, and she also does a lot of other treatments that don't involve scary sounds coming from your neck. :) I can't believe how quickly she can find problem spots, and then treat them! Now that she's my regular chiropractor I no longer fear bigger adjustments. My pain is gone. I thought I would have it for weeks, months even. It's a huge relief. I'm still seeing Dr. Weston because, for the first time, I feel like I could maybe improve my long-term neck issues from an old car accident. Her office is clean and comfortable. I have to say hands down that Dr. Natalie is the most OG chiro around! I was hesitant to even continue chiro care after the last person I went to was pretty half-ass and rude. I honestly thought my injured hip wouldn't completely heal from a cross-fit injury. After my first treatment I felt considerably better and greatly appreciated a more gentle approach to Chiropractic therapy that Dr. Weston provided. After the pain was gone (just 2-3 treatments), I was left with the feeling of my hip still "catching". Doctor Natalie has been - and continues to be - my lifeline. I had an extremely difficult pregnancy and as soon as I started seeing Natalie my acute back and hip pain were put at ease.
