My daughter hates the doctor (as most 2 year olds do lol) and this was the first time she didn't cry once at a doctor's visit! I brought my little one in because she had a bad cough and low grade fever. From the very beginning Dr. Neves was incredibly kind, gentle and incredibly patient with my daughter. I have felt rushed in the past with her previous pediatrician. She also was very prompt. My daughter warmed up to her immediately because Dr. Neves let her play with her ear scope and even had a couple toys in her lab coat pockets! My daughter really liked that Dr Neves let her use the tools on her first before she examined my daughter. She was incredibly thorough and in order for her to check my daughter's lungs she had a pinwheel in the exam room and had my daughter blow on it to make it spin. I was SUPER impressed by that (I wouldn't have thought of that in a million years!). She also had to do a throat culture and I thought for sure my little one would cry but she was so gentle and fast it was over quick! Then when the exam was all over my daughter got a Cinderella sticker (everyone with a toddler knows stickers are a big deal). I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Neves!!

Being charged that amount after insurance feels excessive and out of touch with what most families can reasonably afford. At these rates, it's hard to justify coming here for common childhood illnesses. The care itself was fine, but pricing matters.
