Now, 3 years later I have branched out and take Pilates classes there and even tried the hot yoga classes. Everyone is so welcoming and sweet. I am more relaxed the minute I step in the door. The owners or manager are always around and are SO nice. They have built an amazing community at Thermal Horizons and I love seeing their business flourish. I also get my hair done at Thermal Dry Bar and love it there also!

Great for anyone with chronic pain or those who want to work on mobility...or just need to reconnect and get grounded. I still enjoy my flow classes and also loved the yoga wall class! I contacted her about a month ago and expressed my concerns (money and getting our family member to consent to this).
