After my first session with Victoria, I finally felt heard and understood for the first time and she really helped me see where I was getting stuck.

They are very good about pretending it's not about the money, so far my experience was it's all about the money. They can say whatever they want but the proof is in their non-action. I really wanted to believe in the process and they made that impossible with no willingness to correct their mis-information and empty promises. It is a powerful experience that can be life altering and it's an absolute shame they dropped the ball. My recommendation if you go here is get every detail of what they promise in writing so they can be held accountable. All they told me was, they were sorry. NO accountability.

Our first meeting with Inna we both felt she understood what my daughter needed and began therapy right away. Inna has an incredible mixture of kindness and caring combined with directness and gave us specific tools that helped us tackle this issue from week one. She explained the biology behind what was happening in my daughter's body so we could understand and connect each tool with why she was doing it. Through the course of treatment, my daughter always looked forward to going and all the tools Inna gave her have translated into many more peaceful nights. I feel strongly that my daughter has been immeasurably helped by getting these coping tools early in her life that will carry with her through adulthood. Inna also performed hypnosis therapy on her, and the very next day we noticed huge strides in a deeper level of comfort. What I also love about Inna is she will let you know when she thinks a you are ready to graduate from therapy. This tells me that she truly cares about someone getting better versus how big her patient list may be. Inna is amazing with kids, doing therapy not just by talking but also by playing games, drawing, and creating, which really appealed to my creative daughter. Above all, I've really appreciated the specific tools that were given to put in affect each week to build on progress. Huge thanks to Inna!

I used to be able to actually talk to people instead of AI generated or website generated messages who would help but wouldn't be able to make changes on change of my health insurance. However, one of only Office People Who Helped me out (the only one) was Yeng. I had others say 'happy holidays.' just for me to hang up without resolving the issue. Unprofessional!! Thank you so much Yeng for calling and contacting my new health insurance and check with your manager about my coverage of new insurance. Also, shoutout to all therapists especially Mine who cares and listens to me. Thank you!!

To start, I was told that they record every session and use an AI service to take notes, and I felt really uncomfortable by that. I told them how uncomfortable it made me, and they kept pressuring me to accept their AI note taking service. I repeatedly expressed discomfort, but was repeatedly encouraged to consent to it. Then they told me their insane attendance policy. If you have to miss two sessions in a month, they drop you as a client, no exceptions. I was told it doesn't matter if there's an emergency or something urgent, you're dropped. And it only works one way. There were times my therapist would ask me to reschedule my session for something she needed to do, I would say I'm not free at the times she asked, and she would say "oh well that's fine, this just counts as your one per month." So my therapist would need me to adjust my schedule, and I'm the one having it count against me because I can't just drop my entire schedule to accommodate. I once brought this up, and we legitimately spent over HALF a session talking about their billing and attendance practices. I honestly got billed for a session, where we spent a majority of the time talking about their billing practices. I was billed to talk about being billed! But the part that was most galling happened recently. I was working with my therapist through an incredibly unsafe working condition, and she agreed that I am generally unsafe at my workplace and need to find another place to work immediately, since it's impacting my physical health. Only I had job interviews that were scheduled during our sessions. I would reach out proactively to try to reschedule, and would just get a blanket "I don't have any other availabilities." No offer to move things around, no offer to make things up, just nothing. During one of those times, I actually texted her that I could still make my session, only to get NO response. So naturally they count this as my one cancellation per month. Then I had another promising interview reach out, but the only time they were free overlapped just barely with our session. Again, I reached out two days in advance per their policy, only to get told "I don't have any available time." I asked if we can move it, if we can make it up another day, no response until the next morning with another cold "Just let me know I you can make the session." It really felt like my therapist was just doing everything she could to avoid any responsibility for the situation, and trying to put it on me. She texted me back asking me to attend the session and show up late to a JOB INTERVIEW, and said the reason was so they could see me for enough of a session to bill for it. Their admin reached out to me about something and I responded back regarding this, and they just legitimately had no perspective whatsoever. First I spoke to an individual who said "oh well why don't you reschedule?" I said I would love to but my therapist told me she couldn't. Then they said it was "my choice whether to attend the session or not." I told them they're telling me to either skip my job interview or be discharged as a client, and she tried to claim they weren't saying that, but that they would discharge me as a client if I missed the session. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and the front desk manager called me. She had the nerve to ask me, at 5:30 in the afternoon on Thursday, if I could call and reschedule my job interview scheduled for Friday morning. What on earth are you smoking that you think this is an appropriate thing to ask someone to do? I asked if there's a way I could attend the session and leave a little early, and she said "no, you need to be there for the full 60 minutes." Which I told her was absolutely news to me, because my therapist would regularly end our sessions at 50 minutes each time. She said she would call me back to see if I could be discharged from my therapist and transferred to another, since she's going on leave next month anyway. And instead I just got an email from my therapist the next day saying I was discharged as a client, and given referrals to mental health clinics that serve the unhoused. I was told to do everything I could to leave an abusive and bad situation, then discharged as a client for taking the EXACT steps to do so! Their practices are entirely punitive, negligent, and unethical. I plan on reporting them to the state licensing board based on their behavior and policies

I had one topic in mind to discuss and she kept changing topics and asking about health conditions and I told her i felt good about ending my marriage as friends and she yelled "you're not friends - he's a narcissist ". I don't see him that way. She degraded my husband, asking me "do you STILL like this man" and was extremely judgemental that I stayed with him for 25 years and that I am still a resident of AZ since that's where my husband lives. It was the weirdest session I've ever had with a Dr before. It was like a toddler with ADHD who asks a question, doesn't wait for the answer then asks a different question. I tried 3 times to redirect the convo to the topic I came to discuss & she would change the topic . She even insinuated that I was shallow bcuz I wanted to improve myself b4 putting myself out there to date. She argued with me SO long that again, I couldn't discuss the topic I came there to discuss. She talks way too much and doesn't listen to her clients. I would NEVER refer anyone to her !

My friend recommended I talk to a psychologist because I was so stressed out and I reluctantly agreed. Meeting Dr. Cicconi was like a breath of fresh air. Her office was very welcoming. There was a couch in the waiting area and a love seat in her office. Her little office was furnished to give it a comfy, homey feel. I found the hour long visits went by very quickly because I had so much to talk about. Dr. Cicconi was very warm, personable and experienced in her field. She was able to reassure me and give me lots of great advice that I still use to this day! She was also able to recommend a progesterone cream (Kokoro balance) that helped me so much my hormonal issues went away! And she recommended a quality brand of melatonin supplements (Source Naturals sublingual) to help me sleep. After seeing her only a handful of times my health had improved so much that I decided to stop seeing her, but to keep her number just in case anything changed. Over the years I have tried different brands of progesterone cream and melatonin just to try to save money, but time and again I have learned that those two brands she recommended are the best I can find. After I stopped seeing her I recall bumping into her at the movie theater a few weeks after my last appointment. I was excited to see her and I gave her a big hug and thanked her for her help. She was happy that I was doing so well and did not pressure me to keep coming, (like some places do sometimes). Even though it has been so long since I have seen Dr. Cicconi, I am still so glad I did because, without her help I don't know where I would be. Thank you, Dr. Cicconi, for your dedication to the profession! My family and I appreciate you! :)

Cary Quashen is a God's given Blessing to me. He's taken me in under his wings. He is so friendly. I felt an immediate relief the day I met him. A family member brought me in. After detox I knew my next step had to be After-Care Recovery. Actions is the perfect place to become yourself again. I promise that you and your LOVED ONES. WILL GET BETTER. I can't express in words how wonderful MY LIFE IS NOW. I am in IOP, Intensive Out Patient Recovery Program. I am in groups Monday-Friday 9:00am-3:30pm. We process all day. And I see my very understanding, therapist once a week. Im am 83 days today, Clean & Sober = sober-minded. They are teaching me Not to Use or Drink. I didn't realize what I was doing by ruining my Nueotransmitters in my brain. And building such unhealthy Pathways in my brain. The Addiction is also numbing the pain. Behaviors are our Feelings and Emotions that still aren't Healed yet. ACTIONS is the best in the west..lol. Life will return to not acting out in an Off-Balanced nature. And you will heal and have a fresh needed start. We haven't ever lost ourselves completely. They are here to support and teach us that living Sober and Clean is Rewarding and Long-Lasting. Im going to become a MediCal Peer Support Specialist Certificated worker. All family and addicts and alcoholics can get certified through this program. Cary Quashen was happy for my growth. I could not have done this without Cary taking me in. This pic of Cary reminds me of the day he drove me home in the heavy rain on January 2nd 2026. And at that point I knew I was going to be saved from my life of Caios. Come in with us. Ill be here 6 months to a year. Greatful and all my Respect to All Of You...we dont have to suffer alone. Talk to Cary or any one of the staff members. When your ready their here with open-ended full recovery...it will have a wonderful life long affect for positive things to happen in our lives.
