Natalie was truly the reason why we have our first home. She is absolutely incredible. She was so helpful throughout this journey. It definitely wasn't an easy process, and the negotiations were tough at times, but Natalie's guidance, patience, and support made all the difference. She was always looking out for us and helping make the right choice. We were so grateful to have had you by our side! The most important thing for my husband and I was response time and Natalie was #1. She gets answers and information you need for any question you have, it's unbelievable. She came with us to open houses, gave us lists of properties to see on our weekends. She will organize everything, ask us and make appointments and give us the time and date. We looked at so many properties and Natalie was with us throughout. She is quick but very knowledgeable and knows her field of work very well. She is very transparent and will clearly tell you and explain everything to you regarding the property. She will definitely get you, your dream house! read more

So Natalie was our buyers agent and was spectacular. There was no way we could have ever bought the house without her. She helped us find financing. She helped us negotiate. Knew how to read the inspection report. Every little hiccup, left turn, obstacle or disruption there was Natalie guiding us through and overcoming it. Cannot say enough positive words about her. This is who you want as your agent. She is super successful and it is no accident why. read more

Natalie has been fantastic helping us find our last 2 properties in the San Fernando Valley area. What stood out most was her immediate response and communication. She always acts fast, responds promptly and she can hustle to find your dream home. Living local to the area, she has strong knowledge of the Valley, specifically where we were looking to buy in Burbank and in Woodland Hills / West Hills. Natalie was also very available for us when we wanted to visit homes; she worked around our schedule and made all the arrangements. Natalie also helped us sell our home, which she did in record speed (over asking offer before hitting the market) and over 10 offers, all over asking price, over a 1 weekend open house. We sold at way over asking and every went through smoothly. I'd recommend Natalie represent you for buying and selling for her excellent response, knowledge and work ethic. read more

IF YOU'RE READING THIS, YOU'VE FOUND YOUR SUPERSTAR AGENT!! When my wife and I were ready to purchase our first home, we were excited and also extremely nervous at the same time. This is the most important purchase most people make in their lives and the whole process can be a little daunting and scary. So just as important is finding an agent that will not only guide you from the very beginning and make your home purchase experience their priority, but also someone who will act as your advocate to ensure your best interest is always kept. Natalie was recommended by a family friend and we are so glad she was! If it wasn't for her passion for her clients and knowledge of the real estate market we don't know if we would've had the same experience in our first home purchase. She went above and beyond for us, making sure we saw every home we found as well as sending us plenty of listings she came across herself. She was incredibly generous with her time and was available to us day and night! We were looking in a very competitive market but Natalie helped us get a house in our dream school district. Once we got into escrow Natalie made sure that the home inspections, lender, escrow company, and sellers agent all worked together and did their part to ensure we closed on time. She was very patient and took the time to guide us through every step of the home buying process and made sure we understood the overwhelming amount of paperwork. We were able to close early and got our new home for less than asking due to her expert negotiating skills! I couldn't recommend her enough for anyone looking for some peace of mind when buying a home! read more

My wife and I were very lucky to have found Natalie on Zillow. Before meeting Natalie we thought that there was no way we could afford a house/condo given the current market. We were on a very tight budget and we were basically outpriced from the market. After taking the jump and contacting an agent we got matched with her. She was very very professional from the start and above all she made us feel like we were her most important clients. She did not make us feel as if we were wasting her time and we did not waste her time either. From the very first day, she was ready to look at 10 condos and she gave us the energy to keep looking. What impressed me the most about Natalie was her ability to stand up to the sellers and agents in a very filtered manner while protecting us the buyers. Natalie was very patient with us and advised not to fall in love with the very first place we saw and I am glad we listened to her. We ended up getting a bigger place for a lower price. Natalie has been beyond exceptional during the escrow phase and was able to get everyone in the escrow company, the sellers and the seller's agents to do their job effectively and without any mistakes. In addition, Natalie also stood by us after the escrow and after we moved in. Natalie will not abandon you after you move in, she is always there and I really hope to work with her in the future. I loved our first time home buying experience with her. Thank you, Natalie, you deserve way more than 5 stars. read more

Natalie is an incredible agent to work with. She always answers every question with answers that work to best fit your needs as she looks out for the best interest of her client before hers. I had the pleasure to work on a purchase with her and it was an amazing experience. She made me feel very comfortable on the decision I made and by working extra hard to make sure my loan got approved with the loan officer and also taking any stress or pressure away from me. We were not sure if our loan was going to go through since the Covid-19 emergency took place and everything stopped, we were worried, however Natalie ensured us that everything was going smoothly and we would close on time. From the time I met her to the closing we could not have been happier with our experience with Natalie, her expertise, knowledge, tenacity, kindness, tentativeness really took everything to another level. I would recommend her to all my friends and family and look forward to working with her for all my future real estate needs, and so should you! read more

I was so fortunte to work with Natalie Amir Alvarez on my condo purchase! As a first-time buyer, I was so nervous and had many, many questions. From the start, Natalie was an awesome partner; I was paired wth her via Redfin. She got back to me right away on potential properties and listened to what I was looking for, narrowing the search as needed. Then, when the offer was to be made, she explained very clearly the elements of an attractive offer, one that would have a higher chance of being accepted by the seller -- and even helping me to write the accompanying letter! (The offer was accepted.) Whenever I had questions, she took the time to explain everything to me, she was available 24/7 via text/phone call and got back to me right away. She was with me every step of the way of the process - more questions, more answers - always helpful and listening and always geting back to me. This is really important for first-time homebuyers. She was able to recommend great contractors, including a terrific home inspector and HVAC contractor, for some of the fixes that needed to happen as a result of the inspection. I would work with Natalie again in a second and highly recommend anyone to work with her. Natalie is outstanding. read more
