It was horrible experience . I received a Botox injection at…read morethis clinic in October last year, and unfortunately it caused a serious complication. After the injection, my right eye could not open properly, which affected my facial appearance and my vision. My eyes could not focus together, making it very difficult and even dangerous for me to drive. This experience has caused me a lot of emotional distress and psychological pressure. I became very self-conscious about my appearance and even felt afraid to talk to people. It has seriously affected my confidence and daily life, and I am currently seeking psychological counseling to deal with the mental impact. When the problem happened, I contacted the clinic. They asked me to come to the clinic if I wanted a refund. I went to the clinic, they re fused to give me refund, I left, just back home, they asked me come to the clinic again, twice in one day, but in the end they still refused to give me a refund and kept making excuses.
