I truly hope you do not choose this company in hopes of finding someone that is respectful and wishes to help their patients. Veera in the office is terrible, rude, disrespectful and downright lazy. We go to several drs and have absolutely no issues with insurance. Clearly this is a reoccurring issue with her since I see other complaints with the same problem and it seems to me she just does not want to help. What ever you do and no matter who recommends you DO NOT GO HERE! being sick is stressful enough. Having to deal with that lady is a nightmare and will raise your blood pressure!! She doesn't even attempt to help! And guess what.... We called Medicare and they even said "oh she wants you to do her job!" I laughed, this is exactly what I said. Absolutely incompetent and the ONLY dr out of the many we have, that we have this issue with. Take this as a fair warning to not go to this practice. Do not give me a 4 pm appt and 45 minutes later still not taken in. It's rude and discourteous. Do t tell me she gives each patient all her time. Get better at time management then. I wish i could give ZERO stars. I was referred here by my gynecologist but I've been calling since Thursday for an appointment (new patient) and they finally picked up yesterday Monday. They had told me to email them a picture of my insurance card and they'll call me back. The email does not work it sends me a failure notice that it does not exist. I called them back today Tuesday and they told me the same thing and i told them I've tried twice they said that's the only way we can verify your insurance. They told me i can either fax it which i don't have or go and show them it but i don't live close. They also put me on a long hold and i hung up and called back and it goes straight to their voicemail. Their staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. read more

Don't pay attention to the angry reviews. There are a lot of crazy people who think that all of their life problems are caused by hormonal imbalances. So, they go from doctor to doctor until they find one that confirms the diagnosis they invented for themselves despite normal lab results. No respectable doctor would play along with that. Dr. Anchipolovsky really took her time to listen to me and explain everything so that I can understand why I need the treatment and how it works. Every time I came for an appointment, she spent at least 20 minutes with me. Yes, because she spends more time with each patient than your average doctor, you might have to wait, but it's worth it. She has also helped my mother with managing her diabetes, and she's been doing much better with the treatment that Dr. Anchipolovsky selected for her. read more

I saw this doctor a few years ago before yelp / social medial was as prevalent. My medical doctor diagnosed me with a thyroid disorder & requested that I see an endocrinologist. I went to Dr Natalia Anchipolovsky. I was in the exam room waiting (again) for the doctor. She entered the room, did not introduce herself, did not shake my hand, did not even make eye contact with me! She asked why I was there. I said my medical doctor asked that I see an endocrinologist. She said there was nothing wrong with me & again asked why I was there. Again, I said that my medical doctor asked me to see an endocrinologist. She said there is no reason for me to see an endocrinologist. I asked her if she looked at my lab work (she did not even look at me for the first 2 minutes she was in the room so maybe she didn't look at the labs?) She said my labs were fine. I asked what about the abnormal results. Dr. Anchipolovsky was incredibly rude & stated "one day your thyroid will burn out & then you will get treatment". Then she walked out! A few things that are worth mentioning: - Her website is www.njendocrinology.com. It mentions "We never overbook. Our patients spend more time with the doctor than in the waiting room." This is a false statement. I arrived early for my appointment to allow time to fill out paperwork. I waited over an hour to see the doctor (no apology for lateness & when I asked at the status of schedule after waiting an hour the receptionist was nasty). - The doctor spent about 5 minutes with me & was incredibly rude. - The waiting room was packed! With ~ 10 people in a waiting room & only 1 doctor it's hard to believe they "don't overbook". - I spent 5 minutes with the doctor and ~ 90 minutes waiting. Again "our patients spend more time with the doctor than in the waiting room" is false! The website should advertise: Rude doctor that has no bedside manor with very long wait time and rude staff. This was a TERRIBLE experience! I strongly recommend that you do NOT see this doctor! She has NO compassion & NO bedside manor. read more

Dr. Anchipolovsky is an amazing specialist. She has years of research, studies and three doctorate degrees behind her back. It was a great honor to be seen by a specialist of such level. There was no wait time for me and the staff was very friendly. For those who were complaining of a wait time, you have to realize that you are trying to see one of the best specialists in the field, so expecting to have no wait time is just very silly. People wait a year to see this doctor. I think you should be thankful that doctor is willing to double and triple book herself in order to give an opportunity to see her to a larger volume of people. For those who complaint about the staff being rude, the one thing I have to say is that if you have a nasty attitude yourself don't expect people to treat you nicely. I was referred to Dr. Anchipolovsky by my general practitioner. While there was a wait (even though I had an appointment), that's pretty standard when visiting a specialist. She was nice and VERY knowledgeable about her area of expertise. I felt very confident in her prognosis and feel like I made the right decision coming to her. read more

Both my mother and myself see Dr. A. She was recommended to me by my Nephrologist. She has helped my mom, a type 2 diabetic to lose weight and gain control of her diabetes. She understands my type of diabetes which so many fail to get (LADA). She takes her time and reviews your case. read more

After two visits there, the wait time was 1 1/2 hr. each time.The receptionist is by far the rudest person. I thought the first time she was having a bad day, not so she is always the same. Dr. Anchipolovsky is a good doctor, but my wait time along with trying to make an appointment with her receptionist (thats another problem) is just not worth it!! Dr. Anchipolovsky really is one of the best doctors in the area. She really makes you feel comfortable. She takes full medical histories and is very thorough with every visit. She does not rush your visit and makes sure she is careful to identify and work on each concern. She is extremely knowledgeable and keeps pace with all the latest new medical advancements. I am very happy with this doctor and have given her info out to many of my friends. She quickly was able to identify a solid treatment and we put it into action right away. The treatment plan is working very well. Her waiting times may be a little longer than your appointment time however you just have to keep that in mind when planning your visit. I would much rather have a doctor not rush my visit, be a little late, and get things correctly than be rushed in and out. I will continue to see this doctor. read more

If you purchased your policy on the Exchange don't even bother to dial this doctor's number. The staff is incredibly rude and apparently incompetent. My GP sent me to Dr Anchipolovsky but I never even made it in the door. An EXTREMELY nasty woman named Vera, all but refused to accept my insurance twice. I went on line to check first before calling for an appointment so I knew that the doctor accepted my new Silver policy under the ACA exchange. When I called in February, Vera told me that she didn't think Dr. Anchipolovsky had signed up for "Obama Care" and that I might have to pay my entire bill. I explained that I checked first but she insisted that I should be prepared to pay. I was almost in tears but she hung up on me. I waited a month before I tried again. This time I had called the insurance company first and was assured that Dr. Anchipolovsky and her associates accepted my insurance. There was no way that she could know I was the same person yet, when I asked if they took my insurance, she abruptly said that "Obama Care" is a problem and that I needed to call BCBSNJ and get a reference # and the name and department of the person I talked to. Even then she thought I might have to pay because I had "Obama Care". When I told her that the insurance company gave me the Provider tele# for her to call them, she said she was too busy to call and that it took too long. That is the Tele# that every doctors office calls to check your insurance the first time you use them. She is either terrible at her job or just hates "Obama Care" or maybe both. If she is the front line, imagine how awful the doctors must be. This morning I called a much better rated Endocrinologist in the same area and was treated like a valued patient right away. read more

My name is Vincent Arnone. I met Dr. Natalia Anchipolovsky in 2008 just before I was scheduled for thyroid surgery. Prior to surgery, I also had uncontrolled diabetes. I felt very comfortable after my surgery when I opened my eyes. The doctor was at my bedside. It was a very happy and warm feeling. I knew at that point I was in good hands. Now that is it 2017, I would like to acknowledge my very special doctor who has been up to date with my recovery with diabetes and thyroid conditions and i would like to let anyone who feels that they need immediate attention or any future treatment for a disease that Dr. Anchipolovsky is an expert. Absolutely horrific experience. I was recommended by my general practitioner to see an endocrinologist. I had made my initial appointment with this doctor for August 8th only to have her secretary call me to tell me the day before my appointment to tell me my appointment was being cancelled because the doctor had a conference. I had wait an entire month to be rescheduled! When I finally went to my appointment, I waited over 2 hours past my appointment time to see the doctor, who only saw me for 10 minutes! The secretary scolded me for arriving 5 minutes past my appointment time even though the doctor had 3 patients waiting who were scheduled before me! While the doctor seemed knowledgeable, I felt as if I was rushed in and out of her office, and that she didn't look over my medical history, which I sent to her back in August. She had all these questions about my medical and prescription history that she should've known about had she even taken the time to review my records. She ordered a bunch of blood work, which I did within a week of getting the paperwork. She told me she would call me when the results came in, which she never did. After calling the office three times over a course of a week and a half, I finally got my results, but was told they didn't have any appointments and to call back to see if there were any openings. I called back everyday for 3 and 1/2 weeks straight, to finally get an appointment for today; however, I received a call yesterday by her secretary saying that once again she was canceling my appointment due to attending another conference. Her secretary then told me to take the day off from work so that they can fit me in. When I tried to explain to her secretary that taking off an entire day from work was impossible, especially right before a 2 day vacation (I am a teacher), her secretary told me there was nothing she could do and to call back today. I then called back today to see if there was any appointments available after work and again explained my situation only to be told there was nothing she can do and to call back again tomorrow. When I had made it clear that this was absolutely ridiculous that I had to call back each day to find an open appointment after work and that I needed to see her before I saw my other doctor for a medical procedure I am having done before the end of the year and needed to be cleared, her secretary told me to not raise my voice and to hold on. She then was put on hold for more than 15 minutes! I then gave up and hung up. read more

After looking for an endocrinologist who was going to take my thyroid disorder and PCOS seriously, I finally found Dr. Anchipolovsky. She is extremely informative and considerate. I have never waited more than 20 minutes in the waiting room and I have been a patient for two years, seeing her every four months. This 20 minute wait time is nothing compared to other endo's in the area, like Dr. N. Briete and Dr. J. Tohme. Dr. Anchipolovsky also gets back to her patients in a timely manner. If I need a question answered she always gets back to me with a 3 hour time frame. The only thing that I could say not in favor of her office is that her secretary is not always so polite on the phone.Overall, great doctor. read more
