Veera in the office is terrible, rude, disrespectful and downright lazy. We go to several drs and have absolutely no issues with insurance. Clearly this is a reoccurring issue with her since I see other complaints with the same problem and it seems to me she just does not want to help. What ever you do and no matter who recommends you DO NOT GO HERE! being sick is stressful enough. Having to deal with that lady is a nightmare and will raise your blood pressure!! She doesn't even attempt to help! And guess what.... We called Medicare and they even said "oh she wants you to do her job!" I laughed, this is exactly what I said. She is the best in the business. I've tried other endocrinologists (just to save myself the trip in gas) but they all pale in comparison to her expertise. I literally trust her with my life. If you are looking for a great doctor and not necessarily "friendly" office staff, this is the place to go. You can get an appointment relatively easy and they draw blood on the premise. On a side note, the woman who draws blood is very nice :) I've read reviews on other sites regarding this doctor and they all pretty much complain about how "unfriendly" the office staff is. Quite frankly, I could care less. They make, cancel and modify appointments for me. They tell me my co pay, run my credit card and print out receipts. Whether or not they smile does not enrich or ruin my day in any way. In my experience, they've been pleasant. What matters to me is whether or not I'm getting the proper treatment I need. I will continue to seek treatment from her until she decides to retire at which point I will be s.o.l...
