He has also helped me when I strained my leg playing sports, slowly working my way back to where I was previously. I have become generally stronger, flexible, and more confident in my abilities and looks over time, for which I am grateful for. His first-step quickness has noticeably improved, allowing him to react faster off the bat, get better jumps on the bases, and cover more ground in the field. His base running has become much more explosive and confident. He's getting better reads, accelerating faster, and making smarter, more aggressive plays. Defensively, his improved footwork and agility have translated into better range, quicker reactions, and more confidence when fielding the ball. Overall, we've seen a huge improvement in his athleticism, coordination, and performance during games. If you're looking for a coach who knows how to develop athletes, build confidence, and help them perform at a higher level, I highly recommend Mario. The results speak for themselves, and we're so grateful for the positive impact he's had on our son's development both on and off the field.

I'm 5'7 and I weighed almost 180 pounds, with 45 percent of body fat. I used to be athletic in college, however I really packed on the pounds during law school and while studying for the bar. I went through three or four personal trainers, however, I did not connect with them on a personal level, and did not find their workouts engaging. So on July 4th, I was at a friend's barbecue when an acquaintance mentioned that he knows a great personal trainer, and gave me Chris's number. After my first workout session in the park with Chris, I knew that something was different. His track workouts for the first time in a long time pushed me to the limit. During that first workout session, Chris identified my weaknesses and made the workout personal and tailored to my needs. Chris also gave me many helpful hints about changing my diet. I knew then, that I was on my way to success! When I attended my cousin's wedding I lost almost 15 pounds and everyone noticed it and complimented me. After approximately 6 months of working with Chris I was down to 150 pounds, and lost almost twenty percent of body fat. So where am I four years later? I weigh 148 pounds, eating healthy, doing competitive crossfit, scaling the dunes in Malibu, and playing on a tennis team. More importantly I'm still training with Chris and we are great friends. Thank you Chris for changing my life!
