But when we first visited the store we debated whether or not to enter as we could see no samples displayed. Only shelves lined with books of samples, so we'd have to deal with a person. My hesitation was completely unfounded. This is a family owned and run business and dealing with Dave proved to be a delightful experience. He listened to what we were looking for and was very intuitive about showing samples to us that we liked. A wide variety of product combined with very competitive pricing led us to use Popular twice so far, and we will do so again. All appointments, deliveries and installations were done when promised. The two installer teams I dealt with each had a long relationship with Popular and worked as though their future reputation depended upon it. Both were sensitive to my requirements. I would sum up this by saying you'll get personal service with accountability along with great prices.

They delayed our project by months and tried to upcharge us with new proposals mid way through the project. There are plenty of great kitchen designers in NYC, this is not one of them. They just opened a Soho Gallery as well, don't be fooled by the bells/whistles and presentation.
