Often it is hard to justify the amounts paid in a real estate transaction. However, I feel that with the requirements presented and the amount of documentation, the hard negotiations and time spent looking at property, Rachael was underpaid for the value of her services provided. More agents need to work with their clients, like Rachael does. Honestly, Integrity, Respectfully, Accurately and Timely!
