Staff is so friendly and helpful. Their designer Tim is one-of-a-kind and so talented! He custom designed my wedding band to fit my grandmother's uniquely shaped ring, and I couldn't be happier. I didn't really know what I wanted, only what I didn't want, but Tim listened carefully and put his expertise to work! The band fits the ring like they were made at the same time.
