Had an 11:00 AM appointment for an update that was previously done but had to be redone because it "did not transmit to Kia properly". My car was in the parking lot until 12:00 and was completed at 12:30. Mat and the sales team a Nashua Kia made us feel welcome and gave us bottled water while we were waiting to test drive one of their Kia Hybrid Sportage models. It wasn't the one we wanted, but they had no problem letting us dive another one that we purchased the next day. Mat was very knowledgeable help us learn how to operate this electronic marvel it is nothing like our Ford. Jacob and Mat explained their service it is not part of the purchase price so I kind of blanked it out on my initial review from Kia. The girl who works at the service desk is the most unfriendly individual I have ever had an encounter with. She wasn't even rude, she was just extremely unfriendly. Completely monotone on the phone, she sounded completely miserable. She answered and just said "hello." I wasn't even sure I called the right place. There was no "can I please get your name, number, etc?" It was just "name. "VIN number." "Address." No pleases, no thank yous, nothing. I was very close to asking to speak with someone else. When I went to hang up I thanked her for helping me and told her I appreciated it, her response "ok bye." She seriously needs to take a course in customer service or something. I thought I was being punked that's how bad this interaction was. Needless to say they've lost my business and I won't be recommending this dealership to anyone I know. read more

Stay away not a great place to do business with. Purchased a used car two weeks ago and still have not taken possession of it. Handles and tags needed to be replaced and car needed to be cleaned. Nothing major just minor stuff. Just been given the total run around everyday its some excuse as to why it's not ready. If I haven't already given my car and a huge deposit I would back out of the deal. Not a small sale$26000 . My family has purchased 6 Kias in the past year so I didn't hesitate. After researching a vehicle online and calling the dealership to be sure it was still available I made an appointment over the phone to drive an hour to go test drive it. Upon arriving at the dealership I noticed a white piece of paper taped to the car window next to the sticker. The dealership was adding on over $15,000 on top of MSRP, something they were calling a 'convenience fee.' It sure wasn't convenient for me. I was very upset that the internet price was falsely and grossly underestimating the price they were charging and that the employee didn't have the decency to mention it on the phone, knowing I was driving an hour to get there and the price was misrepresented online. I made a *refundable* deposit to reserve a car and I decided I didn't want to get the car from them anymore and asked for my deposit back. The refundable deposit was something they communicated was refundable. And I let them know 2 days after giving the deposit that I decided not to go with them anymore. It has been almost a month and I still haven't received my refund. I have contacted multiple times and always get told it would come in 48 hours or that they were "working" on it. Essentially stole my money. When you're doing something that works in their favor, they're so nice and accommodating. When you do something that isn't selfishly benefiting them, all business ethics and professionalism goes out the window. After telling them I wanted my money back, they kept trying to tell me I was making the wrong decision and that the dealership I decided to go with was scamming me when they were the real scammers. They stole my money and still haven't gotten it back. I can't believe this is an active business. read more

I took my car to the KIA service center for 3 recalls. They called me and told me that my brakes were bad, and a mouse made a home in my air filter, and I need 2 new tires. They quoted me over $1900 for the brakes and to clean the filter system. They wanted $700-$800 for the tires. I refused all work. I brought my car to a reputable garage and was informed my brakes were fine. I looked at my air filter and intake and found nothing in there. The filter looks almost brand new. I bought 4 tires and with mounting, it cost me less than $400. I contacted KIA headquarters and got this response; "The Kia dealerships are privately owned and operate as a separate entity to Customer Care. We do not have any involvement in scheduling, operations, pricing, staff or repairs. Dealerships set their own prices. We are not involved in this process. Issues with pricing are addressed strictly by the dealership." Deal with them with caution!! read more

Sales Rep Chrystyan was amazing to work with. Chrystyan, his GM Austin and Sales Manager Dave helped make my choice for a new Kia Optima easy and stress free. They answered all my questions (I had a lot) and made the whole car dealership and car purchasing experience so easy. They got me at my price point with no back and forth, and listened to me and what I wanted. We purchased a 2019 Kia Optima, and after my great experience with them, my son's girlfriend went to Sales Rep Chrystyan and purchased a 2019 Kia Forte. BS they pulled the same crap with friends of our that leased around the same time. Dealer refused to honor their deal and would not cover the original agreement costs. They have the worst customer service ever. I came to test drive a vehicle before buying and I was never greeted by anyone. The guy working at the desk didn't say anything to me.... after about 10 min of waiting around in the lobby Ian finally came over after finishing his conversation and asked if he could help. He immediately informed me that they weren't allowing test drives because too many people have come in that couldn't finance or afford to pay for the vehicle in which I was intending of purchasing. I was only allowed to look at it from the outside. Needless to say, I left there very unsatisfied and took my business to Dan O'Brian Kia and drove home with my new Telluride the same day! No stars for this one. My son bought a $40,000.00 Kia Stinger; loaded but.... didn't come with mats. The car is beautiful. We were never informed that none of the Kia's come with mats. He called Pat Broderick, the Sales Manager, who was supposed to get back to him. Never called. Sent a message to Yuri, the salesman. Not even an acknowledgement. "Too busy running around and couldn't get to it". They both completely ignored him. The were super friendly before we purchased the car until they took our money. I wrote two checks. Never a word about not accepting personal checks until we showed up to pick up the car at 6:00 at night. Banks are closed. Had to go to the bank the next morning, get a bank check and bring it to them the following day. I stopped in to speak with Pat and Yuri about the mats. I was told no mats. They would sell us mats for $125.00! No thank you. Pat said he would "talk with God" and get back with me today. Still no contact. Called Joe, the General Manager. He was arrogant and rude right out of the gate; telling me I was "throwing a temper tantrum, kicking and screaming". When I told him I had never bought a car that didn't come with mats, he made some sarcastic remark to me. When I told him I would not be spoken to that way, he responded with "I am not giving you anything for free, and that's the way it is." I asked who his boss was and he said he would have him call me. I had to ask twice for the person's name. His name is Justin Thompson. Go figure. I guess providing mats for paying customers is going to bankrupt them. This is the second bad experience we have had the Thompson's in three years. When we had a car in for service at MacMulkin Hyundai, they had the car for five, yes 5 months. While it was there, they ransacked the car, peeled off the sticker on the rear window and left the car in an un-secured lot. I called the GM four times. Never received a call. When I finally reached the service manager, he told me that nobody would ever do something like that. I asked about cameras. They don't have cameras on that lot. Really? Never again. The Thompson Automile/MacMulkin has the worst customer service. read more

We are buying a KIA, but from a different dealership. The customer service at this dealership was probably the worst I've ever had in my entire life for any establishment, and I've ordered fried chicken at Harolds Chicken in Chicago at 2 am plenty of times. I made an appointment 4 hours prior to arriving, and was made to wait. Only after I indicated that I would be leaving if I was not helped did I actually have someone "help". They knew nothing about the car, the sales, or the offers that the dealership or KIA had, and instead spent multiple minutes searching for answers to my questions online or in their intranet. Finally I asked to just see a car. As he left to get the keys, another associate came and started pulling stickers off the car indicating it was already sold. I asked if we could literally just sit in the car to see if this model was the one we would buy and he refused. At that point I walked away from this total joke of a dealership. Stopped by with my husband and kids to go on a test ride for the new Kia Telluride SX Prestige. We were ready to trade in our car and buy the Telluride, we loved it! Online price was about $49k, when we showed up for our scheduled test drive, they told us its $10k over that now, so $59k. We were shocked! The salesman even told us the new Night Fall addition is $15k over. They bumped up the price because the Telluride is in demand right now. Price gauging at its finest! We called over to the Kia in Manchester and asked if they were doing the same and the guy laughed and said no, they are selling at MSRP. So, we are buying with them instead. Completely unprofessional staff who look young enough to still be in high school, uninterested in helping their customers and actually making a sale. My girlfriend was ready to purchase a brand new car paid in full in CASH today and they completely lost the opportunity to earn her business. Upon entering, she was completely ignored. She had to find a member of their staff for help. Unfortunately, she was met with Dakota. Online, the car she was interested in was $31k but in person they said it was $35k. Not only is it shady as a business to market a lower price and then say it's more in person, but it's also ILLEGAL. This Kia dealership is a joke. Don't give them their business. No problem with the sales team!!! Well pleased! Service...meh. Went for four new tires with a coupon of buy 3 getting one free. They recommend the most expensive tires offered, then questioned the validity of my coupon! Said they had to verify the dates with the upper management offices. (Felt as if I was being accused of fudging it?!). I assumed the offer was legit and waited all day for confirmation after driving away. Waited all day and no call. When I called in the am, still no confirmation. They "hoped to get back by the end of the day". Frustrated ,I went to another tire Warehouse and saved about $200 overall on brand name tires. Before coming to Nashua Kia, I had been struggling so much with the car buying process. I felt extremely pressured and like I was just a number at every dealership I went to until I came into this one. I was greeted by a Nashua Kia salesman, Chrystyan, and I knew the minute he started talking with me that this was the dealership for me. He understood that I didn't have much credit to work with and he was extremely knowledgeable about what cars would suit my lifestyle. I lease a 2020 Kia Telleride and I am disgusted by this company and how they do not have a program to help their customers affected by coronavirus. I have been out of work for 3 months awaiting unemployment with two sick infants. I called Kia finance for help. Nope nothing. No deferral no payment arrangement, no programs absolutely nothing. I recently picked up a new 2020 Kia Soul. The car is great and the dealership is quite good. I dealt with the sales rep Pat Stewart who was easy to deal with, stuck with me while I sort of bounced between cars. Went in for an awd Sportage (impressive) but left with the Kia Soul. I did have one issue at my delivery but that can happen and they were more than accommodating to work it out. All and all they were good to deal with and I would have no problem purchasing again from Patrick or the dealership. There is an old saying that Sales will sell the first one, and service sells everything after that. I hope that is true here and that the service dept is as good as the sales group. read more

I am writing this review because I wanted to express how disappointed and unprofessional we were treated here by the finance manager (Tyler) and general manager. The sales person was wonderful, professional, yet her high ups are another story. Everything was done but the signing process, price, trade in, and payments all agreed on. On out way to sign the paperwork which is 1 hr 30 mins from our home we get a call from someone named Tyler (finance) to tell us that the deal is off and the sales person messed up on the numbers. He was abrupt and basically would not go into details. I finally got it out of him that the general manager changed his mind to do $2,000 less on my car trade in and "that's that from general manager". My husband and I were appalled because everywhere else was giving us the same as the agreed upon trade in but we went with them because how lovely the sales lady was. Come to find out everything was agreed upon originally until the general manager vetoed it. I asked to speak with manager and Tyler stated "nope, thats the offer." Then hangs up. So, if I were you I wouldn't waste your time at this place. We ended up going to a different dealership, Kia of Dartmouth, and they gave us the same original deal. They are friendly and no strings attached. I would not recommend Kia of Nashua if you can't even get the manager to speak to you. read more

If I had a choice I'd give Zero stars. I called June 2022 about an issue with my engine. They told me they couldn't see me until September. I made an appointment for sept 8th 2022! The engine dies on the high way in Aug 2022, I dropped the car off and they assured me they would look at it in two weeks. Never issued me a rental. My car sat at the dealer for 3 months and not once did they go in and look to see what was the problem. I fought them every week with the same thing. We're sorry for the delay but next week, we promise. With nothing done. I went in the week of sept 18th they said to my face that my car was going in that day. My husband went in on that Friday and they said oh next week. I was lied to straight to my face. I've never been disrespected like this ever. I towed my car today to a trusted 3rd party shop that guarantees they will have a NEW engine in my car in two weeks. Even that shop was appalled at the lack of service. I Do Not recommend Nashua Kia for any reason! They are horrible! Will not purchase another Kia ever again! Us costumers deserve a hell of a lot more respect and this place provided ms none of it! read more

I visited this dealership in hopes of purchasing a vehicle from them. I wish I read the Yelp posts prior to going. Saw a post about not letting customers test drive because too many customers can't get approved. I was told they didn't have any dealer plates available... hmmm. So the experience at Kia of Nashua. Very laid back staff.. a bit too laid back. Didn't get approved so I don't fault them for this... got a follow up call from "one of the homies" who I offered some suggestions as to how I thought we could get them a sale and was told I would get a call back... nope. I called Quirk and they were all true professionals and no BS. Still not in the car but when I do they will get the business. They were helpful enough that I now know how to get the sale complete and will. As for you Kia Nashua... You suck! You got my number... 11/10/20. So.. about a month ago I start getting calls back after 2 months and letters from the credit reporting co's that I've been denied again.. I did take the last call since I said " you got my number" i figured I'd hear em out.. they actually did attempt to make a sale here which is great... I politely advised them not to continue to call as I would call them if I need them and also asked them to stop running my credit as I keep receiving letters regarding inquiries and denials from creditors from this dealership. Went into the dealership in January and decided to put a hold on a Kia K5. Was told it was coming in Feb 20. I called on that day car was delayed until Mar 18. I asked once again about this car coming in that it was definitely on hold for me and was told yes. I called again 3/18 was told car did not come in. I drove by the dealership and the exact car with the exact features and price was indeed on the lot. I asked questions and explained I put a hold on the car in Jan. The guy walked away and did not come back. 20 mins later a woman comes in and asked my name. She obviously knew who I was she was the person you told me the car was not in yet over the phone. She left came back 2 mins later said that was not my car on the lot that my car was coming in 5 days. The car on the lot came from another dealership for someone else. So 5 days later I get a call from the manager wanting to start the whole process with me again. They had nothing written down about the car I wanted the financing information that I went over with someone. Nothing! So now he is saying I'm next on the list. Not once did anyone there that I talked to apologized for dropping the ball and not putting a car on hold for me!! Not even the manager! Everyone just keep BSing me and lying instead of owing up to their mistake! So disappointing I would never buy a car here. read more

Worse experience ever!! Here is the summary of the last 3 weeks: 1. Leased a new Kia Sorento & put 5k down to lower my payments. Car was in stock but it took them 3 weeks before I could pick it up because they never filed my paperwork with the Massachusetts RMV. I was without a car that entire time 2. Car was finally ready so I made an appointment to pick up the vehicle. They promised it would be ready to go. I traveled up to Nashua and they told me the still haven't detailed it yet and would need an hour...it's brand new and they had plenty of notice 3. I finally took the car home last night just to find out that they gave me the wrong registration. I was driving someone else's new car!! *worse part about of it all - they were never apologetic nor accommodating. The only thing they said to me was "everyone makes mistakes and I'm sure you made plenty". How rude!! However they were right, I do make mistakes and my biggest was trusting them with my purchase. This is on the heels of Jaime A's review of 9/27/22. If I had a choice I'd give Zero stars as well. I had my car towed to them in early July 2022 about an issue with my engine. It had frozen and would not turn over (confirmed by another mechanic). Mike in Service told me they couldn't inspect the vehicle for 5-6 weeks as they were so backed up. I called Mike in Mid-Aug and they said there were still 4-5 vehicles in front of mine and probably early September. I contacted Mike on Sept 9 and he said I was the next car for inspection. When I called back on the 16th Mike said guys were out sick and on vacation and said a few more weeks. I told him it's been there for 2.5 months and asked for a rental car but no one ever called back or issued me a rental. My car has now sat at the dealer for 3 months and not once did they go in and look to see the problem. I've actually called them seven (7) times and they tell me the same thing. "We're sorry for the delay but next week, we promise". They have had numerous vehicles in for PAID SERVICES and are delaying this until you have your car towed somewhere else. I called Kia to report them and they said they were astonished at Nashua Kia's performance. Heading for Consumer Reporters next to bury these guys. read more

I am very disgusted with the way this company does business! They are very deceptive. The engine seized on my 2012 Kia Sportage and we had to have it towed to them. I do have the extended warranty and when the warranty company asked to see all records of maintenance we submitted 3 years of receipts to the dealership for them to submit to the warranty company. I get the call stating that the claim was denied because we went to long in between oil changes. So my husband called the dealership and they stated that oil changes need to be done between 3,000-5,000 miles and that we had a couple at 6,000. When I called the warranty company they informed that wasn't the case they told me the claim was denied because of lack of maintenance and stated that they only had 3 receipts for oil changes. I informed them that I had submitted 3 years of receipts. I had to send my husband back to the dealership to retrieve the receipts so that I could submit them myself to the warranty company, they then reopened the claim. Now the warranty company is requesting documents from the dealership and they are not cooperating. We asked for a rental car from them and they told us they didn't have any available....how does a dealership not have a car to give to a customer who is waiting for repairs. Now they want us to trade the Sportage and and buy another car from them. In the meantime by vehicle has been sitting there for 30 days!!! read more

What a train wreck of a dealership! I bought a Kia Rio on 7-25-20. Purchasing the car was the easy part. It took them 5 days to fax the necessary paperwork to my insurance company although I called them twice to have it faxed. The last time I called about the paperwork Ian raised his voice to me all annoyed. I picked up the car 7-30-20 and immediately upon leaving the lot I noticed the tire pressure light was on. I drove down the street and stopped at a gas station to put air into the tire thinking it was a fluke issue. The light went out and I immediately returned to the dealership to have my tire checked just in case there was something wrong with it. The service department technician took my car to the garage area and they returned 25 minutes later. I asked if he found an issue and he said "I found a bolt in the tire and I plugged it." I left the dealership to pick up my daughter at work...I emailed Shawn Carter(manager at Kia) and let him know that my new car had the tire plugged and that this was unacceptable to me and that I would need a new tire installed. He emailed me back days later and said that there was no record of the tire being plugged and that he would not be replacing the tire. He basically called me a liar. I emailed him back and told him that a better avenue, instead of calling me a liar, would be to check camera's at the dealership to see that they did take my car to the service area and plug the tire. The other issue when I picked up the car was that it was not prepped for delivery. The antenna was not installed on the car.....the clock was not set....and there was no windshield washing fluid at all. The tire is the big thing though. I had hoped to avoid all this typing by Kia Corporate stepping in and making them replace the tire but they let the dealership decide these things. I do like the car......but will never step foot inside Nashua kia again. I recommend any other dealership other than this one. Please find another dealer!! Michael G. read more

I worked with Chrystan, he was so helpful and so thorough! After looking at a few cars and talking with everyone I immediately felt comfortable. I went to Nashua Kia because they were a part of the Costco Auto Program. The sales team was welcoming and helped me purchase my first car. I purchased the Kia Niro S Touring. My sales rep was flexible and we were able to buy the car at a great price. Though, 3 months later, my car died twice. As a new car owner, this was very discouraging. I called up the dealership, and they were able to take my car that night. They gave me a rental car so there was no stress getting to where I needed to be. The car did take a week to fix, however, I was impressed with the dedication of the team and all of the tests they were completing. Overall, I would very much recommend this dealership to anyone that would like to purchase a Kia. read more
