Beware of this questionable working capital leasing broker that relentlessly bombards countless…read morepotential customers daily with misleading robocalls. For starters, no legitimate broker can offer a 4% rate - it's simply not feasible. Moreover, this supposed 4% rate they advertise is a complete fabrication, as even the prime rate isn't that low. In reality, this company charges exorbitant rates of 40-50%, exposing their true nature as a scam. Spread the word to protect others from falling victim to this company's fraudulent practices and being taken advantage of financially. I strongly recommend filing a complaint with the California Lenders License Board to report their deceptive and unethical tactics. Their website is pure garbage as well because it's one page with bogus information and they do not have a physical address. It's a one person operation most likely. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

I contacted DCU this morning regarding a loan application and had the pleasure of speaking with…read moreChris on the loan application team, followed by loan officer Ayris. Both provided exceptional customer service and deserve recognition. Chris was patient, informative, and attentive. He took the time to listen to my circumstances, discuss different scenarios, and help me understand my options. I appreciated his clear communication and willingness to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. Ayris offered that same level of care and professionalism. She was incredibly patient and helpful, making the experience feel personal and supportive. Both made me feel heard and respected. Having had some less pleasant experiences with representatives in the past, I make a point of recognizing people who go above and beyond. What stood out about Chris and Ayris was the humanity they brought to the conversation. Their willingness to listen and help made me feel like a person whose concerns mattered. I'm imploring DCU to add this review to Chris and Ayris's performance evals. They deserve it. Employees like them reflect positively on DCU and what it stands for. Thank you, Chris and Ayris, for your patience, kindness, and outstanding service. I hope DCU recognizes the difference you make for its members.

I checked in with the teller and was handed over to Sara GEIB who is a Member Service Representative. She was extremely friendly and extremely helpful. She was able to get my documents notarized and take care of all of my documenting needs. I do not understand why this branch has so many negative comments as everybody I met during the process was extremely nice.

So I call and I tell the very rude lady on the phone that I'm taking care of it and I have already switched the bill to my new account. I'm not sure why they keep trying to take it out of this account but in the meantime could you help me stop these fees from coming out. She said no as quick and rude as possible. I've had other banks before so I know that usually there is something they can do. But I guess not Quincy credit union. They suck, their customer service sucks, the app sucks. Don't use this bank!!!
