This so called Employment Staffing Agency is the worst.. For anyone in the Billerica MA area,…read morePlease AVOID Triton Staffing. Very unprofessional in all aspects of assisting unemployed workers. I know first hand. A year ago Triton Staffing placed me in a Temp to Perm position at a manufacuring company.. There 1st lie was telling me the "Temp" part was for 3 months then the company would have the option to hire me directly.. my 3 months went by, then another month. I finally spoke to the companies HR director and she informed me that Triton signed a 1 yr "temp" contract.. so I called my rep "Tatiane" at Triton and she claimed she never signed such contract.. I'm not done yet..The company I was placed at was losing business therefore there was a layoff.. I applied for enemployment ( at which Triton would be responsilbe for). I obided by the rules of working with a Temp Agency.. once you are involved in a lay-off you need to contact your agency rep once a week letting them know you are still available for work which I did.. After applying for enemployment weeks and weeks went by without receiving a benefit check ( to which I was clearly eligible for ),, I finally called my unemployment office and they told me that Triton Staffing informend them that I "Voluntarily" quit.. Are you Kidding me??? So of course I called Triton to find out why they told unemployment that I so called "Quit" and guess what.. I was hung up on. I called again and was then yelled at.. At that point, I physically went to Tritons Office and was told that if I didn't leave, they were going to call the police.. It is beyond me how this so called Staffing Agency is still in business, But I have a feeling they won't for long.. I know for a fact that I am not the only person they have done this to.

I've told them multiple times that I'm not interested and to remove my name from their database. Well they don't do that and on the last occasion i told them i would contact the state AG and file a formal complaint. Well, Alex, you f'ed up buddy!!! You didn't heed my warning and you contacted me again today. Time to file that complaint against you and your company MF'er!!!

After hundreds of seedy emails, dozens of phone screens, and several in-person interviews, I could not have been more bitter or jaded from wasting my time and energy with the loathsome and self-serving headhunters who tossed me like darts at their job boards. And then I met Rich Gardner. When I was applying to college, I was so sick with schoolwork and so against the thought of more of it that my mom had to push me forward with applications and visits, ultimately convincing me it was the right thing. At a time when I had all but lost hope, a thoughtfully-toned email offering a "stable" long-term contract on a "very collaborative team" with "an excellent corporate culture" was the start of a tremendous relationship that helped me all the same with my career. And much like my mom, Rich spent most of his time forcing one stubborn elephant up a flight stairs, hammering me with emails and phone calls to motivate me beyond my capacity. And when put in front of the team for my interview, there were no surprises, as his thoughtful and professional convictions ultimately convinced me much like my mom's in the end. The people were fantastic, the products were state-of-the-art, and I felt genuinely at home. No more opportunities in North Dakota, no more wildly illiterate emails without a single mention of your name, no more bait-and-switch false promises--this was the real deal. Somewhere between the insultingly low wage offers and the promise of traversing the bloated egos of another tech startup, this opportunity was the porridge that was just right. Ultimately, Rich proved to me that I wasn't a terrible prospect, but was just being paired with terrible opportunities from terrible recruiters. He found me a fantastic place with a tremendous sense of togetherness that is rarely seen in tech. It was just three years ago that I was serving quail egg omelets at a luxury hotel. Now, my net worth has quadrupled, all the while getting to help make the world a better, safer place. I'm selling the rights to of my life story to Disney as we speak. Oh, and if you were wondering, I got the job :)
