His office is unprofessional and Dr. Nash lacks the courtesy and professionalism to call someone back to discuss an issue with his staff. He thinks that is beneath him. If you want to be discussed with others externally unrelated to your issue and have a group of staff not give a crap - then this is the group for you. They literally picked up the phone and discuss me with another person. Thanks Carrie and Maggie - what first class people you are to of called another person to discuss me rather than tell me when my sons braces / services were over so that I could determine how much I had over-paid for his services. If you don't need this kind of disregard, then I highly suggest you go elsewhere. This was my experience with these people. Excellent customer service at the right time. Our visit to Nash Orthodontics was of need, not want. We were in Folly Beach for vacation and my bride had an issue with her braces. They were extremely friendly and so very helpful. With a rogue wire hurting her, they were there to fix it quick and easy, relieving her of pain! I am an adult with braces and I have been nothing but happy with Nash Orthodontics. This place is amazingly kid friendly by holding events and having a game room in the back. The staff is incredibly friendly and the layout is very open. I had braces back when i was in high school (from a different orthodontist in WV) and the different is unbelievable. Dr Nash does NOT evaluate their jaw/bone structure by taking measurements all over. He just makes their teeth straight. People need different treatments based on their face structure. After braces your smile should be the best it can be. My daughter now after two sets of braces since 4th grade has to have Invisalign to correct her overbite. Invisalign with now an advanced professional. Her teeth are straight though. She had missing teeth and instead of making spaces, he pushed all of her teeth together. Retainers would not have stopped it. Wrong move says others. If your smile isn't right it makes your eyes droop, you can have a gummy smile, or you could not actually smile in an upward position, etc etc. Do not take your kids to Nash. Hate to write something like this but he has cost us a fortune and now I have to spend $6,000 more to correct her bite/smile somewhere else. Also seen him only few times- his assistants only speak with you. My other child also received treatment from Nash and now is left with straight teeth but a gummy smile of which she never had before. Nash needs to go back to dental school. Seriously. Not a light topic for me. read more

Our family was at IOP for the week on vacation from Atlanta and my son had to visit Dr Nash twice during the week. The first visit was to trim a wire on his new braces that was poking his mouth and the second visit later in the week was to repair a brace that became unglued from his tooth. Both times we were impressed with Dr Nash and his staff...they very easily could have referred us back to our Orthodontist in Atlanta however; they treated my son on the spot. We are on vacation in Isle of Palms at the Wild Dunes Resort and my son's herps appliance came off on his braces. Nash Orthodontics worked us in and fixed it free of charge. Honestly, you are never going to find a nicer or more competent staff anywhere in any business. You are never going to find better service or attention. Dr. Nash is simply as nice as it gets. He is interested in what you need and willing to take time to explain anything and answer any question. We have had two teens and one adult go through this practice and all of us love everything about Nash Orthodontics. My kids saw two different orthodontists in Mount Pleasant before we found Dr. Nash and the difference was striking. He came in after hours to accommodate our daughter who couldn't get home earlier from her out of state college. He personally called me once when I left a note at the front desk. I was only passing along some information and didn't expect a response at all, but he called me that day. A friend recommended Dr. Nash to you 2 years ago when we found out our son needed braces. He was 12 at the time and has high functioning Autism. From the very beginning Dr. Nash and his staff were very patient with him and always allowed extra time so that he could get up and walk around if he needed to or just settle down. He and his staff always have something fun going on wether it's a contest or a holiday or a summer get together for the patients... My son's experience with braces has been very positive and he is proud to show off his teeth. I recommend him to everyone I know who has a child that might need braces.
