The staff was genuinely kind and attentive, not just going through the motions. That kind of service is rare. Zew is. Owners he is a delight to talk with, you see the passion in his face when he's talking about his food that he's created the original rolls that he makes. I recommend trying the Rangoon roll. There's no fish in it. It's there's imitation crab. It's a wonderful thing that he is doing here and he has truly traditional Japanese fried noodles. Which is very much a difference between the Chinese way of cooking the noodles. As much as I'd like to give five stars I cannot because I rarely give five stars. I love this place. I would return to this place and I hope that you will come to this place too and enjoy wonderful sushi and a little a hole in the wall from somebody that has compassion for the food he creates.
