This is one of our favorite restaurants at Disney. It has amazing food, service and the best fireworks views around. We always start with cocktails because they are always made with care. We had a dietary restrictions in our group and chef Joe was incredible! He ensured we wouldn't have any issues and visited us multiple times. Maura was a fantastic server and even gave us a special treat since we were celebrating anniversaries. If you've never been you need to put this on your list for the next trip.

I just want to tell everyone reading the reviews that they need to try the blackened redfish and the shrimp pasta.. it was AMAZING. Calamari and the margaritas were great too. Will definitely be back and will definitely recommend this place to anyone who visits disney. -A Texan

Been a long time so I thought I should update my review. Sat at the bar. Kay was awesome! Lots of great suggestions and accommodations for what we wanted. Had the lobster bisque. Really good. Rich and delicious. The mushroom risotto was intense. Great mushroom flavors and cooked perfectly. Finally we wanted some scallops so we were able to get a side of those...really well done. Delicious. A very nice night at the bar. Staff were amazing.

Excellent food and service. We were seating by a window so had a lovely view. Our server brought out chocolates for our anniversary. It was a wonderful anniversary dinner.

After YEARS of wanting to try this spot, we did! And we were not disappointed in the least. This spot was fantastic. The staff was amazing and hardworking! The bread and butter were delicious and our meals were even better. You can't go wrong here with what you order, but the blackened redfish stole the show! Absolutely delicious. I recommend making your reservation an hour-ish before the fireworks. Such beautiful views from this spot. I think it's my new favorite fireworks view on property!

Edwin thank you so much for making my birthday dinner a wonderful experience. The recommendations you gave were spot on. We had the calamari which was the star dish. My daughter who doesn't like eating asked for more. That surprised me. The lobster bisque was also super delicious. Very fragrant. I was not a fan of the romaine salad as it had way too much dressing, but the presentation was still beautiful. He also made sure the kid meals were brought out as soon as possible. Their dishes were very tasty and the fruit bowl had the best fruit we've had on Disney property to date. We had strawberries and grapes. Both fruit were surprisingly missing from all the other Disney restaurants we had eaten at. I was so full I couldn't even finish my shrimp and bucatini. My mom had the scallops and she said it was the best meal she's had on our vacation as well. Last the dessert was over the top gorgeous. The lace design on the key lime pie was remarkable. I couldn't believe how pretty and delicious the raspberry sorbet was. There was jello and whale gummy in that dessert. The Nemo cup was also so cute except the cupcake has vanilla custard in the middle which my kids don't like. But fyi get it if your kids would prefer that over gelato on top of jello. I would definitely come back and even stay on site at the property ! Service was impeccable. Everyone was friendly and the outside patio has a nice view of the lagoon. If you go at the right time you can watch the fireworks if you so choose :)

More than it's food, Narcoossee's offers a great atmosphere, with a chance to see the Magic Kingdom fireworks (including the show's audio that they pipe in over the speakers) from across the water if you time your reservation right. The food, while good, is nothing spectacular. The scallops with gnocchi were creamy and delicious, but I can't say the same for the lobster bisque which tasted mealy and lacked some flavor. The blackened redfish was tasty, but nothing unique. Bottom line: come for the fireworks, the food is just a side perk of this waterside restaurant.

Grand Floridian Resort-WOWZA!!! This place was absolutely delicious! From the tasty cocktails to the absolutely hilarious presentation of the lobster bisque! I would definitely eat here over and over again. We came in very late and without a reservation. They didn't even bat an eye, and seated us almost immediately. My husband was at a conference and I hadn't eaten all day, so we were starving. We started off with the brisket & ricotta tortellini appetizer. Oh my goodness, it was absolutely divine. I had the lobster bisque along with a Caesar salad and both were a hit. My husband had the milk brined pork chop and said it melted in his mouth. The best part about the evening you ask? The waiter brought our lobster bisque and did the most comical presentation I've ever seen! So fun and very memorable. We will be back for sure.

Try timing it so you can see the fireworks from magic kingdom. We've gone here a couple of times usually sitting at the bar. I've had a lot of items on the menu but the items that are on repeat are: espresso martini with salted mascarpone-wow, lobster bisque, surf and turf and almond cheesecake. Absolutely love the almond cheesecake so much I usually will buy one to eat there and one to go to eat the following day. The red fish is very good as well. The heart of Palms salad is light and refreshing. The expresso martini with mascarpone on the top is unlike anything I've tasted. It's different levels of texture and taste that somehow mingles together quite well. The service at the bar is always attentive and of course the ambiance of being on Disney property with opportunity to watch the fireworks during your meal says it all.

One of our favorite restaurants on property! The views alone ...you should book a reservation. If you're lucky enough I highly suggest booking during the magic kingdom fireworks. You can watch fireworks from their porch if you're done eating or before you eat and even better right from your table. As you enter you get your standard disney restaurant experience, everyone kindly greets you as you check in, your wait is not that long from there. The service is amazing here. The servers are always on their A game, before you can even ask for something they are already on it. The food. Omg the food. INCREDIBLE. My favorite salad ever is here. Prosciutto e melon salad. Their twist on it is unique, flavorful, and exquisite. The basil infused melon and the crisp prosciutto was unexpected but absolutely phenomenal. If you're not a seafood lover, don't worry because there are options. Even if you order the surf and turf, you have the option to eliminate either and double double it or single it. The filet was cooked to perfection! So I highly recommend it. The dessert...y'all you have to get at least one dessert!! They come out like pieces of art and the taste is just as amazing! I recommend the almond cheesecake...it was soooo good. I'd bring home 10 of them if it wasn't so delicate.

Looking for a place to spend an evening having a romantic cozy dinner? Look no further! Narcoossee's should be your next stop to cozy on up in a half booth, enjoyed delicious food & drink, and watch Magic Kingdom's fireworks! You know the place is going to be amazing when they serve you a WHOLE loaf of sourdough bread with butter. The plating of each item was beautiful, we almost didn't want to dig in! For my meal, I opted for the tortellini and salad, while my husband chowed down on the steak! We then shared the almond crusted cheesecake and may have shed a tear when it came to our last bite. Between the service and the ambience, you can't pick a better restaurant to dine at! Make sure you arrive to the Grand Floridian a little early, so you can stroll the gorgeous property beforehand!

Beautiful restaurant in the Grand Floridian resort in Disneyworld. Reservations required to dine here. Service was good and the food was delicious. Blackened fish was amazing and the surf and turf was to die for. The lobster tail was buttery and melted in my mouth. Steak was cooked to perfection. Bartender most def knows how to make a good drink! I had the key lime pie martini and it was worth putting your pinky up! This place came highly recommended and it did not disappoint!

For breakfast we got the American breakfast and the bacon and cheddar grits. The eggs were perfectly cooked to order, bacon was crispy, and the grits had a creamy consistency without being too runny or thick. The bacon and cheddar were tasted all throughout. The potatoes were my least favorite because I don't like bell pepper and onion, but they were large enough to pick out. For lunch we got the stack burger and grilled chicken sandwich. The grilled chicken was juicy and paired nicely with the herb aïoli. Plus you can't go wrong with avocado, melted mozzarella, and crispy bacon. Everything tasted fresh. I prefer my fries in a more shoestring style. They were seasoned, but it was too much potato for me. The stack burger is something special. The bun is soft, fresh, and able to withstand the burger patties and topping without being soggy from first to last bite. The lemon aïoli tastes like mayo with a hint of citrus. These are the juiciest patties I've ever tasted. You don't even need the aïoli. Despite being "smashed style", I was blown away at how much flavor, juice, and tenderness could be in such a thin patty. The pork belly also added a little fat to the bite. This was OUTSTANDING! I got the petite Caesar salad because I didn't want fries and I don't like pasta salad. The lettuce was a mix of crisp and other parts were wilted. This just didn't have much flavor that you typically get in a Caesar that is usually salty, peppery, and/or garlicky. The burger was so good, I could skip the sides altogether. For dinner, we got the brioche, French onion soup, bacon & eggs, and center cut filet. The sea salt dusted brioche comes with butter and roasted garlic tomato spread. I'll be honest, the only reason we ordered this was to soak up the rest of the French onion soup lol. The tomato spread had a bell pepper flavor to it and since I don't eat bell peppers, I scooped to the bottom to find the roasted garlic. The bread was dense, but I liked the flaky salt on it. It was an effective vehicle for finishing my soup bowl clean, but I wouldn't order it to eat on its own. Now, this is my FAVORITE French onion soup on property. It is rich and cheesy. The broth has so much depth with the beef flavor and caramelized onions. The cheese is perfectly broiled with those crispy bits on the edges and the cheese-pull is insane. I will always get this here. The bacon & eggs are pork belly with smoked cheese grits and a poached egg. The pork belly was fatty with a nice slightly sweet glaze. I like to dip in it in the yolk of the poached egg and get a scoop of the creamy, cheese grits for a perfect bite. The filet was seasoned and seared and cooked to medium as requested. The red wine sauce adds a nice contrast to the richness of the filet. The mashed potatoes were creamy and buttery. Overall, we are big fans of Steakhouse 71. It's casual at breakfast and lunch and more upscale at dinner, but you can still wear normal park attire.

Especially if you're doing the Magic Kingdom Park for the day... You have to come here for lunch or dinner. It's no secret that Magic Kingdom is notorious for not having the best food options. This will save your trip lol. Take a boat over and enjoy an amazing meal. I went there twice in one vacation. That's how great this place is. Not only are the view scenic, but it's a covered outdoor bar as well as a restaurant inside. I would highly recommend that the weather permits to sit outdoors. You get a wonderful breeze and a beautiful view of Magic Kingdom/Bay Lake. Now let's talk food. I have yet to get something bad from here. Every single dish has been fantastic. The fish was flaky, and the sauce was a great combination savory/slight tart from the lime. It's a very refreshing and filling meal. Now this pork shank... This pork shank changed my life lol. You can go ahead and put your knife to the side because you will not need it. It falls off the bone. Combine that with the garlic rice and you're an absolute heaven. And sweet potato hummus is a great pic for a healthier option. Now let's just dedicate a moment to the chocolate cake. I have yet to have a dessert on property that tastes as good as this dessert. He made her log into the app, which is no different than the web version. In a rude tone, he said "I'm so sorry that was such an inconvience for you." After this, we were treated horribly. We were spoken to with an attitude, he didn't check on us once and he would interact with other tables and purposely ignore us. Drinks were not refilled, straws were not offered and the whole experience was awful. We ended up asking for a manager, and one was not sent to our table. Instead, we had to flag one down. It unfortunately doesn't end there. My nieces food came out 20 minutes before our food. By the time our food arrived, they had finished their food. Other tables with kids received their food at the same time. I ordered the glass noodles and shrimp, which was fine. It really just tasted like salt, the shrimp were chewy and the portion was small. The manager removed the kids meals from our bill. I will not be back.

The food and service were very good and excellent, respectively. Our drinks never ran dry and we were checked up regularly, an appropriate amount of times. Two of us ordered The Traditional (Oak-smoked Beef Brisket, Pork Ribs, Slow-smoked Pulled Pork, Citrus-Herb Chicken, Western-style Sausage, Smashed Potatoes, Baked Beans, Buttered Corn on the Cob, Sautéed Green Beans) and two ordered The Land and Sea (House-smoked Salmon, Citrus-Herb Chicken, Spicy Plant-based Sausage, Charred Portobello, Barbecued Cauliflower, Roasted Potatoes, Roasted Carrots, Sautéed Green Beans). We sampled off of each others skillets, without any grief given to us by staff. Everything, from both skillets, were well cooked, hot and tasty. I was not a big fan of the cornbread that came out beforehand, but others enjoyed it. The shenanigans were a nice addition and not over the top; and the interior was nice (as any Disney property is, with their attention to detail). I would return at the 40% off price, but not at full price. Maybe I'm just a cheap bast...

It is a themed restaurant, so there are some kooky antics by the servers and staff -- be prepared to be involved, but not so much that you can't enjoy your meal. My mom and I decided to try this restaurant since I have an enhanced discount this summer as a Disney passholder. If we were a bigger group or had kids with us, they might have tried to involve us in the shenanigans a bit more (I'm not sure). But we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and drinks! Self-parking is free and easy with a dining reservation if you aren't a guest at the resort. You can also park for free at Disney Springs and take a free bus to the Wilderness Lodge (the restaurant is in the lobby). After your meal, you can also walk around the resort along the lake. And if the timing is right (like it was for us), you can ride the boat to the Magic Kingdom roundtrip and watch the nightly fireworks from the water.

Would you like to enjoy a lovely meal and meet Snow White, the evil queen, and a couple of dwarves?…read moreIf so, this is the restaurant for you! It's located in the beautiful Wilderness Lodge which is one of Disney's deluxe resorts. Reservations are a must, and this will cost you two table service allotments on the dining plan. For a single price there are several shared appetizers and desserts as well as an entree for each guests. An alcoholic beverage is also included on the dining plan. I had the peach cocktail which was plenty strong although light on the peach flavor. The shared appetizers were decent with the mushroom bisque being the best and is served in a cute cauldron. I had the herbed chicken entree which was tasty, flavorful, and juicy. The shared desserts were also good with the warm blueberry tart being the highlight. Service was excellent, and Snow White and the dwarves visited each table. To see the queen you must wait for your "invitation," and she was in character without being too evil. This was a great character dining experience!

The food was very good. They bring out appetizers to share, but once you let them know you don't eat meat, they'll bring you a vegan tasting that was nice. For an entree, I really enjoyed the trickin chicken. The romanesco pairing with the chimichurri sauce was great. The sweet desserts at the end were also nice. Character wise, we met the evil queen, Snow White, grumpy and dopey. They did a couple of songs and came around for nice interactions. They even came back around to say hi again and high five the kids, hug, etc... it was a great experience. Service was great and I'd return.
