Since, I am relocating, I've had to travel from 100 miles in order to view the property. My appointment was made thru the Ms. A, property manager, 1 week prior to viewing the property today. It is a sad day only to find out she had rented the place already with no phone call to me to say do not come. I told her that I will be coming out of town to view this house. Well where is integrity and respect to customer that are out of town. After calling her to let it be known that we were at the place early, that is when she finally answered the line to say "I am sorry, tried calling the people on my list". Grant you I have a cell phone and there is no call from her. A letter will be going out to their board. No customer out of town or in town should ever be treated like this.
