The clients wanted a quick closing!!! She promised that they would give the deposit to the seller for any reason that they were extremely interested and this would be the assurance that their contract was good !! That a young guy was buying the house only! Then a day later she sent an email with an expired financial approval letter that stated the father was buying the house for the son putting down the 20% down payment and cosigning for the loan. The contract did not say and the father refused to put informational services only!!! He was going to wire the money for the deposit in three days. MANY red flags!!! Then the story did a complete 360 from the original conversation. The father came the next week and changed his mind saying the 2 1/2 garage was too small??? Found out the gentleman had done the same thing the week before for a home in Hanover!!! He list the deposit there. He wanted to many small things repaired on the home in Hanover after he low balled them on the price and said the same thing info only!!! Your home is the most expensive purchase you make and maintain. It your investment and is very important to you. To be treated by a realtor in this manner is deplorable. WOULD NOT recommend
