Morty, Toby, Mabel and Ruthie. Found these guys in our neighbors yard. All got fixed at Napa Humane!

We've had so many little feral kittens fixed here. They do a great job, there's never been any problems after surgery.

So many events to support the Napa County dogs & cats, Yay!!

“On the day of the surgery, the receptionist was neither warm nor welcoming, which honestly added to the anxiety I was already feeling.”

So far so good Been…read moredistracted with the vets lately , having a lot going on with my kitty and paying for test and de wormers-not really knowing what the problem is This little home facility is clean inside waiting area is ok the rooms are bland inside but the staff was really nice -I told them my concerns and they did show concern but handed me a paper to pick what I wanted to do for my cat and some of the things had already been done or not really tailored to my cats needs so I had to think myself what's most Imoortant for my cat what was needed and what's not So I guess this is the frustrating part is that it's left up to me to decide what I want to test for and still don't have answers but they definitely have tried there best to keep me knowledge and explain things to me given I've about thrown my hands up with vets I'm scheduled to get her spayed Friday and I think they will take good care of her I wish the place was more inviting but I'd rather my cat be in good hands then a fancy place with bad service There is parking and they actually seem to care so we will be returning until further notice ! Thank for making things easy to understand and showing concern for my cat Spay was a success It's kinda loud a lot in here but staff is great

My beloved pitbull, Homie, went to Heaven last year so I wanted some time before I took on another adventure with a new furry kid. I've been brainstorming with my family and boyfriend about how I could raise and care for another dog with my chaotic schedule -- and of course, everyone said they would help while I'm away on business or leisurely travel. Anyway, I have decided that my next furry child will be adopted so I have been looking around. Every single dog at this shelter that was available for adoption was so perfect in his or her own little way. From big kids stuck in huge bodies to big personalities stuck in tiny bodies, all of them were super fun to interact with. In the perfect world, I would have enough space and time to adopt them all! The staff were all really helpful and friendly -- especially the volunteers. I have to return with my brother's dog to see if she will get along with the dog I want to adopt. I can't wait to return. Adopt, don't shop y'all. So many of these beautiful babies need a forever home.

The rules are simple you visit the shelter, you see a dog or cat that you interested in, you put in an application only for that particular animal. You have a meet and greet with put a deposit down. They will contact you once you are approved. Our dog is already chipped and neutered and they sent us away with a little food and a free veterinarian exam. So we have an appointment to establish a local veterinarian. The place is well run, the staff is nice, and the animals are well cared for. I would recommend checking them out. They have stat sheets on all the animals.

My dog needed emergency surgery after developing a life-threatening infection. The emergency vet in…read moreConcord quoted us nearly $20,000 for the procedure. The following morning, after calling several other veterinary offices that were unable to accommodate an emergency surgery, I called Napa West Pet Hospital. They told me to bring her in and had us in for an appointment within 45 minutes. The team carefully walked me through the surgery, the cost, and the expected timeline, and before I knew it, she was headed into surgery. I am incredibly thankful for the care, compassion, and concern they showed us during such a scary and stressful situation. Most of all, I am grateful that they were willing to take on a last-minute emergency case when we desperately needed help.

I was quoted approximately $203 per cat by two different staff members. After the exams were completed, I was informed that the actual cost would be several hundred dollars more than what I had been told. My frustration was not with the price itself, but with the fact that I made my decision based on the information provided by the clinic. What disappointed me most was how the situation was handled. When I tried to explain that I had relied on the information given by their staff, I felt my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. The owner ultimately ended the discussion without offering any solution. The medical staff were professional, and I did receive the documents I needed. However, the communication regarding pricing and the way the issue was handled left me very disappointed.
