Took my car to a mechanic to see what was wrong. It was defective break pads.Had to pay more money out of pocket to get good break pads on my car from the mechanic. Tried to take the break pads back and was told by Troy that I didn't buy them from Napa. I have my receipt to show that they were purchased. The defective breaks were put in the box that the brand new breaks were in for easy transfer. I drove around on these defective breaks for 2 weeks, and had my car in the shop for a week trying to find out what was causing the noise and nowI'm out more money because Napa refuses to accept liability for their defective breaks.

They were really helpful when my husband was present but when I went back to purchase my battery I…read morewas sold the wrong one. There was no accountability for the mistake and I was told only one battery pulled up, only to then find out there were actually three different sizes and the guy just picked one. They then mansplained batteries to me and explained that any would work. Which yes is technically true but why would I put a smaller battery in that would slide around in the casing? I asked if I would need to have my husband come in since they were talking down to me and the guy looked shocked that I called him out on his behavior and then gaslighted me saying that he wasn't. The other worker said well there was only one battery showing up. His co worker didn't correct him and admit it was his mistake. Women beware!
