The clerk started by saying he could not accept the items because the Alabama store was nit a corporate store. There was no store number on the receipt. I was forced to call the AL. Store to get their store number. While I was at the counter the clerk took three phone calls and completed their orders while he left me standing there. The receipt I had showed I paid with cash. He said he only had $100.00. I offered to only return two items today. He made some phone calls and they decided he could do the refund. In the process of doing the refund he said he couldn't do it because I was given a discount. I left the store.

On the flip side, I asked for a part for my car, and the associate went and grabbed it for me, but was not very helpful in explaining how to install it, or at least providing me resources to find out how I could do so. Luckily, there was another customer who was able to help me, but that really should have been the employee's job. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience, but this wouldn't be the first auto parts store I'd go to next time.

Honestly such a helpful store and manager!!…read more I came by because I had a question about something on the bottom of my car that was hanging off and scraping the road and I had no idea what it was or what to do about it. The manager came outside and checked it out for me and was just super informative and told me how to go about fixing it and answered all my questions about it. After that I mentioned that my brake light was out and he offered to take a look at it and helped change it for me! They really go above and beyond and are super helpful here!!! 10/10 :-)

They said they didn't have one in the store but could have in a couple of days, I said fine it's our third vehicle no rush. So this is the kicker for me. The shipping for the part was 7.00 for a terminal, could have fit in a standard envelope. As I go back to return the part which was ordered wrong by them in the first place I'm told my shipping cant be refunded. So it all boils down to I give the seven dollars for messing up my parts order. The 7 dollars is not what is important it's the customer service and willingness to con your customer. No at all happy with the store and will go there again.
