It turned ALL four [4] of these so-called"Professionals" were 100% WRONG! A member of the Orthopedic Surgeon Team showed me the X-Rays and informed me I had a SHATTERED HUMERUS BONE which CANNOT be repaired. Additionally, I was informed by both Hospitals that they knew of NOBODY qualified to perform the appropriate Surgical Procedure in ALL of the State of Washington. I decided to return to my home State of California. The police report put her 100% at fault along with her insurance. Unfortunately we both have progressive and low limits so they decided to throw me under the bus as it was cheaper to do that for them then to do the legal right thing and investigate it with video and it doesn't make sense but paid out under my policy. My car wasn't even involved in the wreck. I was not even involved in the accident it was a one car accident anyhow when I read through Ray's review it made me sad for Ray, but it made me sadder for this law firm.
