So of course I turned to the Yelp Gods who helped me find Brad and I'm so glad I did. I called at 11am and he was able to see me by noon! He said it would take about an hour, but 28 minutes later my phone was ready! My phone looks brand new and is working perfectly, and I honestly can't praise him highly enough. Just such a sweet man who absolutely knows what he's doing, and for a much cheaper price than the Apple store. Thank you again Brad, and I bought a new phone case and screen protector!!

The iPad broke Fri morning, Brad had it fixed as promised within 48 hours, and we had it in hand Sunday afternoon. It took about 20 mins to get to Brad's place from Congress Hall. Not bad and even encouraged us to stop at Cold Spring Village one way (which was surprisingly fun). Brad was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I think the price was also very fair, probably better than what I would have paid elsewhere. He also kindly gave me a recommendation for an indestructible case, which is currently en route thanks to Amazon. Thanks Brad!!

He provided an on-site estimate for the installation of a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal on the same day I contacted him, and he completed the work efficiently within two hours the next day. Unlike other companies, Mike's estimate was free and very competitive. In his work, he is both punctual and professional. When the job was finished, he was meticulous in removing the old hardware components and cleaning up the work area. The next day, Mike called to ask if the newly installed equipment was working well--an unexpected but welcome follow-up to a job well done. I would not hesitate to use Westwind Home Services again and would highly recommend it with confidence to others as well.
