Pretty much just guessing and without proper diagnosing. If I come to you as a paying customer I expect you to do your job and tell me what the EXACT issue is, not just assume its the most expensive components of the computer without doing proper troubleshooting. Typically with something like this you would start with changing out the RAM and seeing if anything changes. Both CPU and Motherboard were still under warranty so I replaced those parts and brought them to him to install. He then claimed one of my ram sticks were bad ( which I believe to be the issue all along). For whatever reason he wiped out both of my hard drives on my computer. Without even informing me. One of which had 2 tb of storage. Completely unacceptable. When I brought him the last part I stated to him that I needed windows installed. ( If he was actually legit he would have known that windows was already installed on the M2 drive). Esentially I paid $300.00 and supplied parts for something minor (bad ram). At no point was he clear or communicated the EXACT issue, cost, or anything. I explained to him even if his rate was 75hr he did not spend 4 hours to install 2 parts wipe out my drive and install windows, but he was adamant that this was $300.00 of work. I called him after getting home and hooking up the computer to ask why my hard drives were erased, he played dumb and claimed that he informed me that they would be (Also a lie) and to unplug and plug them back up. I do not find him to be honest or do good business, and I urge people to take their business elsewhere.

He also talked right to her because it was her phone, even though my dad was standing right there, which I appreciated. It was very respectful. This is our South Jersey go-to phone repair place for sure.

We have had a leaky roof and lost shingles from day one. We have had him out every year and all he does is band-aid the problem. We had another company go up on the roof to tell us what the problem is. That guy said there is no flashing around the stacks or skylights. Shingles were installed improperly. There are many nail pops and that is why shingles are blowing off. Contacted BJ Nichols at Pinnacle Bldg. aka Superior Homes, told him about the issues and he said he doesn't know what we want from him. So of course I turned to the Yelp Gods who helped me find Brad and I'm so glad I did. I called at 11am and he was able to see me by noon! He said it would take about an hour, but 28 minutes later my phone was ready! My phone looks brand new and is working perfectly, and I honestly can't praise him highly enough. A shattered iPad early into our vacation was not ideal! (Because we all need a little iPad…read morebabysitter from time to time.). However, Brad was awesome. The iPad broke Fri morning, Brad had it fixed as promised within 48 hours, and we had it in hand Sunday afternoon. It took about 20 mins to get to Brad's place from Congress Hall. Not bad and even encouraged us to stop at Cold Spring Village one way (which was surprisingly fun). Brad was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I think the price was also very fair, probably better than what I would have paid elsewhere.
