The driver's seat had a panel, the length of the seal that had cracks. I was met by Luis, who works with Alberto. I was given a cost estimate and approximate time for the job. Arrangement were made with Alberto on the day/time to drop off the car. Today was the day for the planned work. I arrived at 8AM. I spoke with both Luis and Alberto. There was a little bit of a debate on the finish time, but Alberto assured me they could have my car ready by 2PM. Alberto called at 1:30PM and said the car was ready. They take credit cards with a service charge. They accept cash, check and Zelle without a service charge. He said they were open until 5PM. I called a friend for a ride down to the shop. Whoops - Alberto forgot to tell me they are closed daily from 1-2PM for lunch. I was dropped off at 1:45PM so I didn't wait long. I called Alberto and he apologized for not telling me over the phone. Luis showed up in 10 minutes so all was good. Luckily it wasn't raining like it was in the morning. The driver's seat looks great. I can't find the before photo but I'm very happy.
