Lol I remember I had called Sophie "Sophia" by mistaken and miss attitude turns around and say "don't call me that" my bad you could of just corrected me with your name as a new hire. On top of the unprofessional way of constantly stating that no tattoos should be shown but, therefore the manager had a arm sleeve of tattoos that's never covered up is a bit hypocritical.
