Everyone was friendly. Loved the tattoo guy. None of it was really professional though. I got my nostril pierced and I wasn't given an option for jewelry. I Got stuck with this ugly green stud that looked like a dry booger on the side of my nose. But it was simply a straight stud, there was no hook or anything on the other end so Anytime I bumped it slightly, my whole piercing would come out due to it not being secure. They didn't give me any procedures on aftercare and then told me I can't use my regular cleaning solution to clean the wound and only their soap water solution would work on that type of metal. I give two stars cause they were nice, but due to having sucky jewelry, I lost my stud and have to go get it repierced. read more

This establishment had a one day special, which was for 15.00 dermal piercings.(A dermal piercing is a small gem which is inserted into your skin, and it stays there, for those who do not know.) I went in, and I should have listened to my better judgement and left. The girl there never sterilized anything. She was holding the piercing in her fingers showing me what the gem looked like. She didn't cleanse my face where it was to be going into my skin. She proceeded to keep poking my face with a needle, making me bleed, and after which seemed like forever of her jabbing me and almost sitting on my lap, she got it in. It hurt so bad and my face was so bruised. I left and went into a tattoo and piercing store in Ft. Collins in which the man there told me it was barely in my skin, and my body would wind up rejecting it. He popped it out for me and told me to be careful I do not get an infection after I told him all I had been through. This girl clearly did NOT know what she was doing, she had gloves on at first and then took them off when she was still trying to get the needle into my face. My daughter had her nose pierced here, WORST customer service from her piercer I have ever encountered! Not only do we not know her name, as she never introduced herself, but my daughters piercing fell out days later because she did not give her the proper jewelry for the size of her nose. She went in to get the proper jewelry and the piercer REFUSED to put the jewelry in for her! Do NOT go to her! Went with my friends for the 1 day $10 ribbon tattoos and facial piercings. The lady doing the piercings did not change her gloves in between me and my friends piercings. She didn't have gloves on for the first piercing of my friends industrial. When doing my nostril piercing, she didn't push hard enough to get through so I was in pain for a bit longer than i should have. She didn't seem very vonThen we had to pay for the aftercare which was a liquid in an unlabeled and open bottle. None of our piercing sites were cleaned. The only thing that was good was they were nice, which according to other reviews they aren't so that's weird. UPDATE: They lied about what piercing I was given. I was told that I was given an l bar, but my stud is completely straight. I believe I have a fishtail piercing that was not sized nor bent. This is a new piercing and I am at risk of losing it because they were too cheap to finish the job. read more

Incredibly unprofessional and rude to their customers. They fight with their customers online and have even messaged people trying to continue drama instead of admitting they were wrong. They make comments against peoples weight and will delete/block anyone who has something to say against them. Do not believe what these women have to say for they are manipulative and petty. Alright guys so if you guys want to get piercings or tattoos, DO NOT GO TO NANI ADDICTION! My sister went there today to get her belly button pierced and the bitch who pierced her made her STAND UP while piercing her...which first of all, you are suppose to lay down on your back. Then, this lady tells my sister, "if you move and it stabs me, we are gonna have some problems".. then, my sister started feeling nauseous and passed out and the lady piercing her starts fucking YELLING AT HER. She was calling my sister anorexic and told her she needs to eat a cheese burger and that's the reason why she passed out. This lady literally started screaming at my sister and started making her bawl her eyes out because she was being called anorexic and my sister literally did nothing wrong, she just got a little nauseous and passed out. It isn't like she purposely did it. All I gotta say is that that bitch is lucky I wasn't there. Would have got some charges let me tell you what. Also, if someone is anorexic, DO NOT TELL THEM THAT. This place is a joke!! Went to get sputum pierced. The girl that does the piercing was getting a tattoo done on herself. She stop the tattoo to do my piercing. Her fresh bleeding tattoo was NOT covered. She stated she was doing a live and asked if she could film me. I stated NO!! She rude and seemed like I was interrupting her tattoo. If she was unable to do it she should have said so! She pierced it gave me a paper towel and that was it. No after care instructions. NOTHING. Then I went home and saw that my WHOLE experience is on facebook. So if you 3ant to see first hand the lack of customer service and the unsanitary conditions. Look it up. Pathetic. I cannot stress this enough...do NOT go here. Even if you are achin' for that needle therapy, do. not. do. it. I have several piercings- 99% of them done by one artist and one only. Well, that shop was closed and I "needed" something. Yes, I cheated on my regular artist, which was a massive mistake. Here's why: 1) Let's just say the artist at Nani apparently was pushed out of multiple counties on top of not finishing an apprenticeship successfully. 2) Never once cleaned the site. Nope. Should've been my first red flag, but she pushed the needle through before I could say anything. Not happy to say that I am now on antibiotics. 3) Says she's an RN/ Surgical Tech. Ok, cool. But why be a piercing artist? RN's make alot of money and something seems off. 4) Barbell was short, like as in TOO short.....AND CROOKED....it caused a lot of grieve (i.e. crater). The ball pops out of one of the holes. I had to get it fixed at my regular shop, for extra money because she has absolutely no idea what she is doing. Moral of the story: Do your homework and read your reviews before you see anyone to put a new hole in your body. Think of any questions or red flags you may have. If you have reservations about the shop, always listen to your gut....which is something I should've done here. read more
