We visit often but find when we do go at peak times then we have to wait a long tine and the seating is limited meaning we have to scrabble for a table which isn;t always clean. There aren;t many staff within KFC who speak good English and this makes the ordering process slightly difficult at times expecially when it;s busy and there's a big queue of people. I don't like going to the toilets in this KFC as they aren;t the cleanest. I don;t think they have enough staff to cover every area which is a shame as the food is generally always very good.

This is why I pick Oriental Chef. Last night we had Malaysian Satay chicken, Thai duck, Malaysian coconut beef and thai Sweet and sour chicken. It was amazing and there was plenty of leftovers for lunch today to put in the microwave! Very fast delivery (perhaps a bit too quick sometimes!) and whilst the shop itself is tiny and feels a bit 'greasy' (it really is a tiny place, don't be put off as it's fantastic.

The take away is set in a row of shops including a hairdressers and a convenience store and has a small car park at the rear as well as a pull in at the front. The food is good quality for a take away and there is everything from chicken portions to pizzas, burgers to chips. The shop offers a home delivery service with a minimum charge and we have found this to be very good both with the time and the price. The shop is open most days and weekends until late with deliveries up until around half past 12. At lunch time there are many offers that can be taken up such as half price pizzas and free chips with burgers. Fridays and Saturdays it can get quite busy so there are often some queues, but the staff are always polite, and the prices are very reasonable.

They sell all the items you will be able to buy in a KFC but the prices are marginally cheaper and the taste of the chicken isn't quite as nice as the secret recipe of KFC. The shop in West Moors is primarily a take away shop. They will deliver to certain areas around for an extra pound and this comes in handy for a delivery service. I always find their food to be average quality. Some times you can get a very average batch of food, and other times you can get good quality food so that is why I am lumping them into the average section. When the food isn;t quite as good, it's because the wraps or burgers have been badly put together , or if the chicken is overcooked and tough. It's a shame when we get food like this but it's not every time.
