The chips here are great, the perfect amount of potato and crunch and not too salty. The potato cakes are chunky and crispy. And the burgers are just like a good fish & chip shop burger should be...juicy, sloppy, messy and almost homemade looking. I don't usually order fish from here, but whenever I have it's been good too. I'll always call through my order, and no matter the day or time of day I've never been told it will be more than a ten minute wait and it has always been waiting for me when I arrive to pick it up. Unfortunately the prices have gone up here lately and a minimum chips appears to be more minimum than it used to be but that hasn't stopped the Big Catch from being my #1 pick for fish & chips around Cranbourne.

The drive thru attendee then left, returned 2 minutes later to tell me i need to drive around in the rudest way. So I did, I was refunded cash when I paid using card. AND THEN I had to sit behind the car in front of me for another 5 minutes while there were empty waiting bays. You'd think after making me wait 30 minutes for nothing she would ask the driver ahead to move into a waiting bay so i can leave? Apparently not. I had to get out and ask her POLITELY to ask the driver to go into the bay so I can leave. She gets frustrated but agrees. I get back in my car just to hear her bad mouthing me for coming to the window to the driver out loud. Absolutely disgusting service. I was very patient and understanding and very politely. I agreed to the veggies to make things easier and I was treated so poorly. I genuinely have never experienced customer service this bad. TL;DR - Disgusting customer service - long wait times - they might make you wait 15 minutes to tell you they ran out of chicken.

I placed my order, got to the first window, no there to pay, got to the second window again no one there, got to third window and I was greeted by the most unprofessional person. She told me that I couldn't proceed with order as I did not pay at the first window. I explained to her that there was no one at the first or second window, she proceeded to tell me that it was my fault for not paying at the two windows, and I should have waited because her staff member was busy helping her with orders. I can't tell you how many times I explained to her there was no one at the two windows. So I went to give her my card to pay, but to be told it's "illegal" for her to accept a payment from the third window (her window) and I was told that I had to go inside or go back around to make my order again. But wait then she tells me if I don't leave drive thru she was going to call the "police on me". She was rude, threatening and provided no apology for managing drive thru. I went inside to reorder, as I had my family in the car, only to find out that there was another customer in the store who has experienced the same issue and treatment from this manager.
