The team knocked it out in 1.5 days which is great. Now that it's time to lay down the turf I'm having to spend a lot of extra time cutting turf to make it fit. I have 2.5 inch gaps, 2.75 inch gaps and of course a few 3 inch gaps. I guess I should have went out there with a tape measure to make sure it was getting done correctly but you pay for a service and expect it to be done the way you agreed upon. If you do use them just make sure you inspect everything along the way if you need a precision job done.

They got paid the initial cleaning fee of $900 to clean the yard. They dumped the brushes they cut…read moreinto the dumpster I rented from the city. The simple task was to upkeep the yard in the condition it got cleaned to for certain amount. They have been failing to do the job if supervision is not applied. Furthermore, when you ask them why they stopped watering the bushes for example, the answer was to pay them $25 more per visit so they hold the hose for 5 min. They do not upkeep the yard, the trees started to die, too much weed killer as well, perhaps. We never watered those bushes when we lived there, they are native to the desert and never died. The yard grows some weeds, oops, it is $120 more to spray the " extra" weeds. Because they have not being upkeeping or over spraying with weed killer, the bushes and the small trees started to die. I have a dead young palm tree as well. When you tell them to do what you have being paying them for, it is an extra $100 per visit. What have you been doing for the money you get? The bushes and small trees are the only things to maintain. Have you being mowing the rocks? When you do the " cleaning and maintenance trip" and you charge without getting the job done consistently, then ask for extra money to do what you were getting paid for and you did not do, it is a scam. $220 per hour for yard maintenance visit? I'm sorry , it's not BMW dealership service shop.

I was surprised about a week ago, when there was a lot of water in the box and wet and soaked on the ground around the box. I thought, maybe because it had just rained recently. I scooped out the water in a bucket but the box filled up again every time I scooped it out. Oh shoot! How much will this cost??? Had several quotes, but AMA Landscaping seemed the best. Alex came out that afternoon and got lots of water, mud, and goop from the box, said that there was no leak. He answered lots of questions, patiently. He took me to the street water meter to show me how to see if there was a leak. I learned so much. I am so glad I found this business. AMA Landscaping (from their business card) does all kinds of landscaping services and it would be great to have a company that I can rely on to trim my trees, etc. Definitely 5+ stars, courteous and professional.

We told him this was unacceptable and he quit on the spot. Pavers are a service that they advertise on their truck that they provide. Apparently that is to their satisfaction and not the paying customer. He charges an outrageous amount and then wonders why you expect quality. We also asked him to fix a valve that was constantly running and over watering our palo verde and he fixed the wrong one. We told him it was still running (which he should have verified before leaving), so he said he must have fixed the wrong valve. His solution was to come back and remove valves that I didn't want removed only to have to come back and undo that work, that was neither needed or approved. Then he has the audacity to try to charge me for that work! Stay away from anyone that charges a fortune by overestimating the cost to do a job and then does not stand behind their work.
