It's the first company that I worked with involving multiple team members - and there was no drop in service or any miscommunication given how many team members could be involved (depending on the time of day that you are contacting them). The first trip (in 2024) involved flights to/from South Africa. I decided to use them when the international connections and requirements became more than I could manage while working a high stress job (who needs more stress planning a vacation?). The advantage of their services were immediately apparent but became a Godsend when - unfortunately - my father became gravely ill and I was contemplating sending my family ahead of me, and then connecting with them somewhere mid-trip (depending on how my father was doing). The team was immediately helpful, offering a variety of flight options depending on when exactly I planned to connect with my family. The second trip (in 2025) involved flight itineraries to the Isle of Man, connecting through Manchester. The flights needed to be at a certain time in order to catch a ferry to the Isle of Man. Furthermore, between booking the flight and the actual travel day, there were changes in requirements for those passing through Great Britain - something that we would not have really known about if someone in the travel industry did not bring it to our attention. Next year, we will likely do a multi-city trip to Europe and we will definitely use them again to book the flight to and within that continent!

After several frustrating attempts: she said: only The Tech department can finish. Irene gave me The # to The Tech dept. Called a gal named Diamond @ Tech- customer service. Like the TV show " Tracker" She managed to Link new usernames and passwords to make it operational. Bravo AAA U "saved" the Day! I had to tell her that Princess only does one cruise a year RT from Los Angeles to Hawaii, Tahiti etc. on the Crown Princess. She asked for my phone number of which I did not give. She asked if I cruised previously with Princess, I have. Apparently she searched for the cruise to eventually tell me that only Balcony cabins were left. That is exactly what I found to be true after searching numerous other websites prior to phoning. The ad was bogus; I told her so. Then she quoted my phone number and asked if I was with Princess Cruise Line. I told her no, that I had been a past customer. We got disconnected (or she hung up) and she did not call back. Not being a fan of sales people with bogus ads or come-ons, or someone who seemed not very knowledgeable, I would never use the service. I find it very discouraging when I know more than the sales person I am speaking with. What is this world coming to? FYI - I am in sales myself.
