Cold plunge tubs are 45 just cold enough to benefit a real cold plunge. It was great. My massage therapist Habib was amazing he used a technique called body tempering to soothe my aches and pains from chronic tendiopathy. He uses a steel bar bell. If you don't mind a little pain and like getting your facia scraped and rolled out then this technique is just for you. One of the best spa and bathing experiences I ever had . I have been to many spas and bath houses around the world. It was really great. Tips bring your own towel or it will cost you 5 bucks.
