YOUR CHILD WILL BE NOTHING MORE THAN A DOLLAR SIGN TO DR. WILLIS... THIS REALLY HAPPENED... I have had at least one child in the office of Dr. Willis from 2006 - 2023. My children have seen Nancy Willis every 6 months RELIGIOUSLY. I am private insurance, private pay and as such, I have paid Dr. Willis thousands of dollars over the years. Although Dr. Willis has ZERO personality, her hygenists have always made myself and my children feel comfortable & welcome. This is why I continued to stay - despite my husband, sister & even pediatrician telling me otherwise. PLEASE READ ON.. IT'S WORTH THE READ. 1-17-23, my son had a tooth pulled. We paid $180.00 (insurance estimate). 1-20-23, I received an EOB stating I should have been billed $186.00 Okay, fine, I owe $6.00 I put a note in my phone to remind me at 6 month appt. 2-21-23...6 month appointment. I stood there as usual, credit card in hand waiting to pay, they said I didn't owe anything. "WHAT??!!" How could this be? Dr. Willis actually took the hit on $6.00 b/c they underestimated how much I owed? That could not be possible!!!... BUT....maybe it was?? I mean, I did after all pay 96.77% of the total bill from that day. Maybe...just maybe... 4-3-23, Two more teeth have to go. I'm charged $146.00...Maybe that outstanding $6 is built into this charge. There is after all a "6" in there...maybe I'm paid up. I don't ask, b/c I don't really care. It's $6.00. May, 2023, I get a call for an outstanding bill. I ask how much.. They tell me $11.00. ME: "ELEVEN???? If anything, it should be SIX!!!". OFFICE: "There is a $5.00 per month charge on outstanding balances." ME: "Take it off, or I'm transferring out!" OFFICE agrees as long as I pay the $6.00 ME: "Can you take my credit card over the phone?". OFFICE: "She'll charge you a minimum fee." ME: "NO WAY!! I'll pay it with a check. OFFICE: "Pay it at your next 6 month appointment, you live pretty far from our office" (Nice receptionist felt bad for me) Okay cool... I put another reminder on my phone to pay the $6.00 at the next appointment (8-31-23), I can finally put this fiasco behind me. I move on with my life. 8-1-23 I see a missed call from the office, I asked myself... "What could this possibly be about? I thought we settled the $6.00 saga". Next morning, I listen to the message... "Your son has an appt. on August 31st. We have to cancel this appt & we CAN NOT reschedule until your account is paid in full, you have an unpaid balance. We have a strict policy in place, we do not keep or make appointments for people with balances on their account." I called to give her a chance to redeem herself, maybe this was a big error...or they had me confused with someone else. NOPE, she double-downed and told me I ACTUALLY owed $11.00. That because I didn't pay the $6 that very day...(in May)...she was tacking the $5 penalty back on. I drove right to her office and I paid the $6.00 (in pennies, nickels & dimes), and told her to sue me for the other $5. read more

Like the review before mine, I wouldn't give this office a single star. My son saw Dr. Willis a few years ago and had a bunch of cavities filled and a tooth capped. Now, at the age of 7, he's having to have all that work redone. Every cavity she filled/cleaned out is back. She either didn't clean them out all the way or didn't seal them properly. He has to have the capped tooth extracted also. Please do not send your children to this dentist! read more

I brought 3 of my foster children here , 2 of which had severe dental neglect, I can't even begin to tell you how great and kind the receptionists are . Dr. Willis is a wonderful and caring dentist who worked on the kids over a 10 month period bringing their massive tooth decay back to a healthy mouth with great smiles again. If you want to go to a clean, professional , and great environment for your child , this is the best that you will find ! The only down side is that I couldn't give a 10 star rating because it only goes to 5 *****:) read more

All four of my children have been patients of Dr. Nancy Willis for almost two decades, & we have had such a wonderful experience there! The kids actually look forward to their visits, & they can't stop talking about how much fun they have there! Fear is totally not part of the picture! And her professionalism can't be beat! This dentist is an absolute joke. The waiting room, which is definitely not equipped to seat as many people as there are waiting, is like an unanticipated visit to the welfare office. Normally, office policy dictates that parents are not allowed to go in the back with their children, but it was my first visit so they made an exception. I find it suspicious that they require you to leave your kids with strangers. A pediatrician would never ask the parents to wait in the waiting room! Also, the receptionist makes you sign a host of paperwork that says Dr. Willis is not liable for any injury and death that might happen while your child is under her care. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! I didn't sign. Then, we entered their shoebox sized exam room, where I was downright berated by the dental hygienist because I allow my five year old daughter to brush her own teeth. She was rude to me until I finally agreed to leave for the last 10 minutes of the visit. P.S. I still haven't met the dentist! Then my daughter was sent out into the waiting room, by herself. Finally, Dr. WIllis herself called me to come into the hallway to talk about the cavity while nurses and patients pushed past me. Willis told me that she was going to unnecessarily put my daughter under nitros oxide for the procedure, YOUR KIDS DONT NEED IT, that she was going to charge me an arm and a leg for it, and that she was going to use (cheaper) silver fillings. This lady is a quack. All she's out for is money. She specializes in welfare patients so she can milk the state for all its worth. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST! read more

Dr. Nancy Willis is an excellent pediatric dentist. I took my daughter there after the previous dentist told me she had 2 cavities and they seen she had way more. They took care of her and a way that she didn't have a bad experience. I also brought my 10yr son who is autistic and was afraid of the dentist and again she was amazing. I have to give credit also to her wonderful staff who greets you with the most beautiful smiles! Thank you guys! read more

I wish there was a way to rate this office ZERO stars! This office is run like a shady used car dealership. They are very deceitful, unprofessional and I might go as far as saying that their practices are unethical. I know that it's getting harder and harder to find true honest people in the medical and medical billing industry, and don't even get me started on medical issurance, but this office has given me the WORST experience that I have EVER encountered. And either the receptionists aren't giving Nancy Willis my messages or she's refusing to call me back. Either way, these women at this office are extremely rude and at the end of the day, it's Nancy Willis' name on the door so she's the one that suffers. I may only be one person but if my review stops even just 1 family from going to this office, then I have done my job well! So grateful I've been "dismissed". They love easy money on broken promise appointments when you're trying to reschedule. Let's see. One appointment every 6 months, but send me a reminder a day before, and say your policy requires a 48 hour notice for changes. Only office I've EVER had an issue with. I can't believe the awful practice!! More than happy to go somewhere else. I hope people review before choosing that office and she goes out of business. It's utterly ridiculous!!!!!! read more

My son was supposed to get some small fillings done with Dr. Nancy Willis. The original date was scheduled for this past friday, March 18th, but last week they called me to ask me if today was available for me to bring him in because the anesthesiologist had to reschedule. I told them i didnt know(at the time I was driving and didnt know if anything was on my calendar for the day) and they told me it was ok, just to give a call back later when i found out whether or not I would be able to bring him. So i called them back and left a message because nobody answered their phone, but i never recieved a call back to determine whether or not the spot had been filled already, nor did I get a call/text from them Friday to verify my appointment. Then this morning I get a phone call asking if i was on my way with my son, I said no and that i didnt know i had an appointment for today. The Nurse on the phone then told me that they had it in their system that i had confirmed it with the anesthesiologist and the office "several times" and that I was now terminated from the practice... my phone records show differently! The lady was rude and wouldnt even hear me when I tried explaining what happened, and when i tried to explain what happened, she cut me off and said "well, good luck" in a snotty attitude and then hung up on me! I was a new patient and made every appointment prior (which was only 2 or 3 appointments because we had just changed dentists). Definitely a 1-star experience. read more
