I usually don't write reviews, but this one is so bad that I have to warn everybody that even…read morethinks about going to this studio. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING HARASSED. We took three small children here and had a mailer with a special. It was clear from the beginning that we had made a mistake. We showed up for our 10:20 appointment about 10:05. We were not served until nearly 11:00. The studio had only been open since 9:00. How do you get more than 30 minutes behind after being open less than an hour and a half. We were very explicit that we were there for one group pose and the mailer package. They insisted on taking nearly 80 pictures of all of them individually and very few of the kids in a group. The whole time the 2-year old was growing more and more intolerable. When we were eventually done with taking pictures I was sure that we were close to being done, and that WAS NOT THE CASE! The kid that took the pictures then embarked on a 30 minute guilt trip trying to get us to buy hundreds of dollars of pictures. We repeatably told him that we were just getting the one pose package he kept pushing. I was clear that this guy either worked on commission or was trained to beat up the customer to try and get every dollar out of them that they can. So after the guilt trip we were led to pay and told that it would be about 20 minutes for the pictures to print. We ran and grabbed some lunch and came back to get the pictures. The guy that took the pictures was at the counter and when I came in he looked at me then walked off. It took a couple of minutes before an different employee handed me the pictures that were in an envelope right on the counter. Again, it was clear that he was not happy with me as a customer. The one pose we did pick was the best of the crappy shots. If they would have spent 1/3 the time taking the pictures that we wanted we could have been in and out then they could have gotten to the people in line behind us. I am lost on what this place is trying to do. I can understand that maximizing your profits with add-on products, but there is a fine line between helping and hurting your customers. I never once felt like I was in control and I didn't really get what I wanted. I will NEVER go here again and I would strongly recommend to anybody that is looking for a reasonably priced picture package with as little hassle as possible look someplace else. Rediculously bad service. We were looking around for video…read morecameras thinking this whole experience was surely a prank. Really poor experience too long to bore you with all the details but needless to say these guys have absolutely zero concept of customer service or customer satisfaction. Totally unwilling to work with you in every aspect with regards to their packages, photo arrangements etc. incredibly rude, argumentative and confrontational. Every customer in front of us ended with some kind of conflict. After a considerable amount of time there, We ended up walking out with no pictures. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST, SERIOUSLY!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!
