I'm talking about my expensive earrings breaking 2X and this time I had to pay 72.00 today for just them to replace a post which isnt gold so why should I pay since i bought them there !! then in the past 2022 my future husband bought me white gold earrings that cost 500.00 and wore once it fell out of my ear and never offered a 1/2 priced one to give me a match or something equally to what I had. I'm finally understanding there Promise mission statement and service statement isn't the quality nor highest degree of satisfaction they say they will provide. also I bought a ring 8 mos ago $768.00 the diamonds fell out so they did fix that w/o any problems but what will happen if it's 3 yrs old or 2 yrs and it falls out again. Will it be fixed free? please ( to the owner) do not call me to say come in and we can get this sorted out. I've been frustrated to many times and frankly from experience your jewelry is NOT!!!! good quality!! I'm taking my loyalty to another company. Before purchasing here at Drostes .. shop around !!! What makes this place special however is their back issue selection. The options were limitless and, in my opinion, rivaled many comic stores I've visited in the New York/New Jersey area where I live. The staff was also extremely friendly and readily available to answer any questions that you might have - something I appreciated because knowledge of the inventory is important in a store like this. I definitely intend to make this spot a regular destination for myself anytime I travel back to the Evansville area. I definitely recommend that you do so as well.
