As such, you can count on both a wide variety of items and for steady rotations of their availability. Here's my tip for shopping at Lost Cargo: Bring your phone and be ready to cross-shop the prices against other retailers. We found a couple of great deals on items we'd missed out on when they were in stores. However, some stuff, particularly large appliances and furniture, were on par or even exceeded the standard retail price. Then in the early 90's things started to move north of the expressway and took all the business. Everything shifted over to Eastland Mall. There is absolutely nothing left to this store. The only reason it remains open is because of the Sears. It is only a matter of time until this landmark goes under, sadly. Times change though. Now things are moving from the east and all the activity is west of green river road. Don't go to Washington Square.
