    I really hate to complain,, so far everything about the home service delivery of my groceries has…read morebeen great, However today i notice a very strong foul odor coming from the bag containing my frozen chicken legs(13 legs 5,17, expiration date 12/23/24}. The legs themselves seemed to be ok with the exception they were close to being completely thawedl since they seemed to smell ok I packaged them and put them in the freezer. I don't know what the problem may have been. We could smell the odor before even opening the bag and wondered how anyone else could not have noticed. perhaps they were close to something not good or the area they were in needs cleaning. It was not the pleasant experience it usually is. All else was great and of course we will continue getting our groceries this way. Just wanted you to be aware.

    The app keeps defaulting me to Columbus Indiana 250 miles away…read more I have repeatedly tried to keep it on my local store! For the 2nd time in a few months it defaulted while placing my order. I get a notification my order is ready and go to my local store and I don't have an order to be found! Guess where it is! Yep!!! 250 miles away. All Walmart will do is cancel and refund my bank account in 10 days. When I ask the guy at the 800 customer service where Columbus Indiana he said....in Indiana! DUH... REALLY! He said no big deal it's still in my state what's my problem. You stupid app that can't leave my store as default. You live in Indiana just go the store in Columbus if it's not at your store and you don't want to wait on refund! I'm in Evansville and I had to google where Columbus Indiana was to discover it was 250 miles over 2 hours away. Almost to Indianapolis and I'm in Evansville. I only had a carpet cleaner machine, just the one item for over $100! They would or could not transfer my order only refund if I didn't want to go to Columbus and get it! Ummmm... Sorry but cost me as much in gas as the cost of the machine and why would I even consider doing that! Now I got to wait till the 28th of August for my refund before I go elsewhere to get one. We are not fond of Walmart, never have been! We (DO NOT) grocery shop there but only for the price on home needs is better. I will pay more dollars and get what I and need elsewhere. I don't set foot in Walmart but maybe 3 times a year and now my husband and me will boycott and go anywhere else but Walmart. Yes the machine was available in my area store so defaulting to 250 miles away for availability wasn't and shouldn't have happened. Every time I try to use the app I always check when I sign in and it's defaulted back to Columbus Indiana. We are done with you Walmart, if you can't accept my default store 3 miles from me and think I can or should drive 250 miles like it's no big deal one way to get there then SCREW YOU. If it was possible to give a negative 5 star, you better believe, I sure would. However there is no option for no stars and had to leave one yo post this.

    I estimate that I have left fewer than five negative reviews in my entire life, and I'm 50 years…read moreold. I have never been spoken to so unprofessionally by someone in the medical field, and this SHOULD BE ADDRESS. On the 15th, I went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions and was told they were not due until the 20th. This did not make sense, as I do not double-dose my medication. Because I travel frequently between Newburgh, IL and North Aurora, IL, I assumed I may have left my medication in North Aurora. The female employee who assisted me was polite and professional, and I do not fault her. Since I use both locations interchangeably, I understand the system may not have synced correctly. After speaking with my doctor, I confirmed my prescription was eligible for refill on the 15th. I called the pharmacy to relay this information. The male pharmacist who answered responded rudely and with an almost angry tone for simply raising the issue, REPEATEDLY saying "one second, one second, one second" before ABRUPTLY placing me on hold, as if I was rushing him or asking him something out of the norm, which I was not. When he returned to the call, he stated that because the medication is a controlled substance, it had to be held for the day. I fully understand and respect regulations regarding controlled substances. I have been prescribed this medication for over 20 years for a DIAGNOSED medical condition. The issue was NOT the policy--it was the aggressive and dismissive TONE used in explaining it. As a result, instead of being four days behind on my medication, I am now five days behind. While this medication is not life-threatening, it DOES materially affect my daily functioning and ability to work when not taken. The situation--and the manner in which it was handled--was entirely avoidable. I want to note that I have consistently been helped at this location by kind and professional women working both in the pharmacy and at checkout. However, after this encounter, the manner in which I was treated was unsettling and did not simply fade once the interaction ended. As a result, I now feel apprehensive to call the next time I have a question for the pharmacy. This interaction should be reviewed. I understand that, through a process of elimination, I may be identifiable. That does not concern me. Any response to this review should be directed toward addressing the male employee's conduct--not toward retaliation against a customer who was respectful, and simply seeking clarification. The call occurred on 02/19/2026 at approximately 4:00 PM, so the male employee working at that time should be questioned and, if necessary, retrained. atients are entitled to courtesy and RESPECT, especially from medical professionals. Answering prescription questions and explaining refill delays is part of the job. My husband was present during the call and urged me to speak up so other patients are not treated the same way. If he cannot answer the phone and respond professionally, without aggression, then working in the medical or healthcare field may not be appropriate for him.
