We got shoes for a gift put them on our feet to try them on walked around in a circle took them back off washed the bottom of the shoe to make sure it looked good and they refuse to return them. They don't carry the exact same ones in her size so we can't even go online and get what we really want. They know very well that we did not wear those shoes but that is how they make their money. You can never ever buy someone a gift at foot locker because if you got the wrong size they'll never be able to return them. There are so many other shoe stores stay away from foot locker. Champs is connected to them I'm not sure if they have the same policy I have never tried it but I would be weary. So very disappointed in a large corporation like this that doesn't allow returns.
